I have several pairs of Clarks shoes, and these definitely did not feel as roomy in the toe box as a typical Clarks shoe or boot, both length-wise and depth-wise. The heel slipped when walking, so sizing up could exacerbate that problem. Very cute style. Online the suede looked to be a very deep charcoal, but just as the description says they are most definitely black. I liked the contrast with the heel color. I am on my feet a lot and can't tolerate an uncomfortable shoe. The cramped toe box is a deal breaker for me, so unfortunately they will go back.

Cute shoes, I bought to wear with ankle pants for work. They came up too high on my ankles so returned. They seemed like they would be cushy and comfy after breaking in - a little stiff but probably good leather.

I wanted a simple looking loafer without buckles or ties and this fit the bill. Very comfortable, and has the nicer-casual look I was trying to find. I’ve had Clark’s before, so I felt good about ordering these and confident they would be comfortable. I was right!

I have mixed feelings about this shoe…. Pros: look great, very stylish with jeans and crops, are comfortable after awhile, easy on and off after first try, comfortable cushioned inner sole, inexpensive (plus Zappos was great about giving a credit when they went on sale the day after I bought them) Cons: initially tight and hard to get on (I have a high instep) but they did get more comfortable, very stiff - not a “comfort shoe” - and fit snugly, I tried the next size (7 1/2) and it was just as tight in the toebox and too loose in the heel so I stayed with the very snug 7 (tan leather), the olive combination was a bit tighter and stiffer than the tan leather so I returned it, not sure if these are really leather - I wore them ONCE (house, car, friend’s house) and they scuffed - I’m not sure how and the beautiful leather has a cracked, bent, more casual look than they did out of the box, I still like them but I’m curious to see how they age. The photos are after wearing one time indoors and in a car!

These are classic Clark’s. Comfortable and classy looking. Dress up or down. Unfortunately, because of a lazy toe on my right foot, I had to return as they were a tad tight in the tow box on that foot only.

This shoe is not a true wide width. I also did not like the coloring of the black material. It look like it had white lent on them.

This is my second pair of these Clark's. They are hardy yet go well with skirts.

These shoes were a little too big. I think they might run about a half size large. I exchanged them for a smaller size, and I purchased them in two colors. They are beautiful shoes - they seem to be made very well, and the leather seems like a high quality.

As with my other Clarks, a very comfortable shoe.

I was a little skeptical about ordering these shoes as they are a slip on. I wear a support brace on my right foot and was worried I wouldn’t be able to get my foot into the shoe. Using a shoe horn both feet slipped easily into the shoes. I really like the look, color and they are quite comfortable. Overall I am more than pleased with this purchase.

These are made of a beautiful leather and are very comfortable. (I wear an 8.5W-9W, I tried the 9W, they fit perfectly.) I returned because they are simpler in style than I thought they would be on.

Love this shoe! It's so versatile...I wear it with jeans, dress pants...almost anything. The fit is spot on...I wear a 9W & it fits like a 9W. If you're hesitating, don't, just buy the shoes!

Zappos “suggested size” was too large but once I had my usual size (8.5) they fit perfectly! I do not have wide feet but do need a bit more room in the toe box. Happily, these shoes are roomy enough without looking clunky. Also, I have a high instep so I usually cannot wear this style of slip on shoes. I thought the elastic in the sides would help and they do the trick!! I’m so pleased to find a shoes with this “look” that I can actually get on my feet. I purchased the olive suede and they are a beautiful neutral. Oh, and SO comfortable.

I purchased these for a trip to Europe. I usually wear Sketchers when I will be doing a lot of walking but because of colder weather I felt I needed something more substantial and a bit dressier. I have problems with my feet but was able to walk for literally miles and miles with no discomfort! I absolutely love these?

Fit snd size was fine. The shoe bed was extremely uncomfortable! No arc support.

They fit fine with thin sox, and I have a slightly narrow foot, so was hesitant about ordering them. Perfect for me! I love the color, sage green, actually more beige.

Stylish, feels comfortable, wish that there were more arch support.

The shoe looks great with jeans. It looks like you're wearing an expensive boot, depending on where your jeans hit the shoe. I was looking for a shoe that worked with jeans that aren't long enough for my high-heeled boots and this shoe works! Plus, it's comfortable. I like the arch support -- so much more support and comfort than what most flat shoes provide.

The shoes are initially a bit tight, but they stretch and feel good to wear. The elastic sides are what make these shoes a good choice because they stretch if needed but stay put if not. Nice style with trousers.
