Almost kept it. For normal width feet, very cute and comfy in M width. I have a wide forefoot so bought a shoe with a wider toe box.

This boot is so cute, however it is too big in the heel. How can I return

Really wanted to keep these boots. I wear a 9 1/2 in most shoes. 9.5 was too small so ordered the 10, still too small. I wouldn't be able to wear socks if I kept them... Looks like I would need a 10.5 but they don't offer that size...

I wasn't even able to get my foot in the shoe despite lowering the zipper all the way.

Shoe is narrow- should have gotten Wide. Style is very cool

These were soo small, they fit my 12y/o daighter!!

I have narrow fit. I bought two pairs of Clarks Airabell Zip in patent leather. One was supposed to be burgundy, but looks dark brown, it does not look like burgundy at all. Secondly, I know that patent leather runs smaller and tighter. So I bought one in normal width and one in a wide width. I have a narrow foot and could barely get the medium width shoe on and off. It was frustrating. I might keep the wide, non burgundy one, but we'll see. I already sent back the black patent leather one because it was so uncomfortably tight. It did look nice and it was shiny and comfortable. But wow, it was so tight and narrow. +

Do not believe the picture for “dark olive.” I wasn’t paying attention to the name and ordered them based off color. They are definitely green, not tan. Please put the correct picture for the color. Other than being a color I did not want, they are actually quite cute.

Its too bad these boots hit right around the upper part of the ankles in the bend area, very uncomfortable, the boot was also narrower than I thought. But its a beautiful boot. too bad it didn't work had to send back the same day.

Very hard shoes and not flexible. Hard to get my foot in. I also ordered the more expensive SAS shoes and it was like night and day with the comfort and flexibility getting them on and off. Not recommended it you have any foot issues. Pretty though. Keeping the SAS and sending these back.

It was difficult to put it on, that's why I decided to return them.

the leather is too stiff around ankle and very uncomfortable when walking. the padding on the foot is fine and cute style. had to send back. disappointing as usually Clarks are very comfortable.

These were not wide width at all! I have hallux rigidus, and thought these would work, but they are too narrow at the footbed and too wide in the heel, so back they go :(

I ordered the 7W. Although they are very pretty to look at these are not a wide in any shape or form. They were extremely narrow. I am returning them. The suede was already worn from the way they packaged the shoes.

As soon as I opened the box and saw that these boots were pleather, I put them back into the box for immediate return. Never tried them on.

Although I love the style, I wasn't able to even put them on my feet.

Wanted to love these, especially because of the color. But the fit was really poor. They are very tight and difficult to zip. The back of the boot hit the back of my leg in a very uncomfortable way. Had to return them. Clark’s sizing seems very inconsistent now. I’ve bought this brand for years but quality has deteriorated.

Sad to report that this shoe was uncomfortable from the moment I put it on. Super stiff and much narrower than it should be. The toe box is shaped narrow so that's why I ordered a W, even though I don't normally wear wide-width...it was still uncomfortably narrow and tough to get on/off. I'm disappointed and it's getting returned!
