I believe they are quite hard and sometimes uncomfortable but I think that comes with the aqua slides.

I wear 10.5 and ordered a 10 and they fit perfect. Excellent arch support.

I would say they are great quality, but you just have to wear them down a bit so they can actually mold to your feet correctly. They were slightly uncomfortable at first because they didn't fit my arches very well. Awesome now though! Super convenient.
