Size was accurate, has a narrow heel which could be a problem for some. Unlike other reviews, both zippers worked fine, easy on/off. It a nice version of a biker boot if that's the style you want. Leather is clearly very good quality and the sole is comfortable. The narrow heel didn't work for me however, so back they go. Thanks Zappos!

Love the look of the boots, but I couldn’t even get them on! If the fake outside zipper were real, this would not have been an issue. I doubt that a larger size would make a difference. So very sad!
