The boot is very comfy right out the box. The only thing that does not feel quite right is the leather piece connecting the tongue of the boot to the boot itself. Other than that it's a great boot.

First time customer of keen by far the most comfortable boot, feet are always dry! Also so far holding up to the coolant and oil at work!

Its a very good boot ant comfortable on the feet. As for the seam around ankle height it had my ankle so sore after wearing them for 3 days. I had to stop wearing them. Sizing is all good its just that seam rubs my inner ankle just right and it hurts after a couple days.

I have owned every brand of work boot having been in the trades for decades. These are by far the best, most comfortable, lightweight and good looking boots I have ever worn. I wear 10-1/2 but they run large so I ordered size 10, perfect fit! Feels like I am walking on a cloud. Love these boots!

These boots have the perfect balance of being hearty and tough as well as being comfortable to wear for 10-12 hours. These fit true to size. Also, the grip on the sole is properly made and way better than other wedge style boots that I have purchased in the past.

I recently purchased the 8 keen utility boots. The soles are coming off after two months of use. I definitely will be going back to Thorogood boots

Fantastic boots. Fit perfect and almost no break in time. I wear these 10 to 12 hours a day as a concrete carpenter and they're definitely one of the most comfortable pairs of boots I've ever owned.

My go to work boot

These have been my go to boots for the past couple years. After getting almost 2 years out of my last pair, I couldn't go with any other boot. Glad you guys started making an 8".

Havent had them a long time but they broke in fairly quickly, not as fast as the San Jose 6, however. I had 6 pairs of them over the years but they always failed at the toe and would separate from the sole. I loved those boots for comfort and being lightweight, but hated that problem. Hopefully this model doesnt have that issue. Too early to tell, but so far in 3 weeks, Id recommend them. I really wish that keen would bring manufacturing back to the US on these and other work boot models. Id rather support the US labor force.

Hi I've been a keen fan for a long time. these boots are not the comfort as anticipated. speed lacing needs to add 2 more to each side!! Very stiff hard to break in. Soles are not as cushiony as described, nice and square but dont flex at all and on concrete they dont absorb like I thought, may be because of the rubber layer on bottom?? Right boot is not sized correctly, heel back and toe are very uncomfortable, tore foot up! Left boot feels much better. I'm a mechanic and boots go on 5Am and most days off at 7-8Pm. I gave them about 3 wks to adjust but not working in? Dont want to give up on them but have to do something, very sore at night after a day in them. Not sure what to do??

Most comfortable boot I have had directly out of the box. No break in required for my first pair coming from another brand boot. Now that I am starting my second pair and these are now well broke in to a pair of slippers, slight break is needed after being spoiled for a while. Now for my only gripe, as many other reviews mention, sole adhesion is the only issue with this boot. Delamination started in the first month or two and since has required a couple applications of shoe goo. I did bring this issue up and Keen was quick to respond and take care of me with their painless warranty claim process. Regardless, still the best pair of boots I have tried thus far and I will continue to wear these and patch occaisionally. If the sole issue is remedied they would be the perfect boot. Maybe I will take these to the cobbler to get re-soled and try a different sole

Great pair of boots I will definitely buy another pair

I've done manual labor for over the past 10 years and I've never bought the same boots twice. Currently walking 10 miles a day on concrete at my worksite and these boots are far and beyond the best pair I've ever owned. I've kicked steel beams and my toes are fine, walked all day without pain, and gotten them soaked yet my feet stay dry. Honestly going to buy another pair soon just so that I'll have a backup for when my current pair die out after 12 months.

I normally wear a 10-10.5. I had to order 3 times and found a 9 to be ok but still on the slightly large size. Quality seems to be good. Time will tell.
