I bought these boots for work. I work as an aircraft mechanic and Im subject to working on concrete, wet weather, slippery conditions, oil and hydraulic fluid slicks, de-icing fluid etc. for 12 hours a night (night shift). With that to factor in, I really need a good quality boot that keeps my dogs from barking and from me slipping. People I work with seem to highly praise Keen, so I wanted to give them a try. I have already used these boots for two weeks for work, and I must say, they were comfortable right off the bat. They are also very light for a boot. It feels like Im wearing a comfortable sneaker. Ive bought higher end boots such as timberland, wolverine, danner and red wing, and they all felt clunky and needed a break-in time, which is not the case for these boots. When its time for a new boot, Ill for sure purchase these again!

I like these boots but Ill probably just spend the money and get Durands again next time. These feel real mushy and soft but I like them. Excellent grip, even in snow! Get you some!

I wear keen boots every day to work and when I get home I wear keen shoes and sandals. They are very comfortable shoes and hold up well.

These are the best boots ever. And Im 76 yo And have had plenty. Get them! I tried the wide size and its great for cold weather using a heavy sock

My size 10 are a little tight wish I have ordered 10 1/2

Switching from timberland to keen for balance of life

My last pair was similar in style and lasted 10 years!

Only got 8 months out of them sadly before the bottoms started to get holes. 2 pairs in a row that did last a year. Sadly I will be switching to a different brand.. I used keen for many years but just don't last anymore

Have owned a few pairs of these. They are comfortable shoes. Warm. And the waterproofing holds up well. One pair I wore around the barn and only bad thing I can say is that the glue around the sides of the soles and on the toe doesnt hold up well to the animal excrement. But other than that they are great shoes and I would recommend to anybody outside of barn work. lol

I've worn the Flint II everyday during the autumn and winter months now, going into the third autumn. So I've worn them daily for a good 10-12 months. And they still have a little tread remaining on the soles. There hasn't been any issue with these boots structurally. They were extremely comfortable from the first wear. I love these boots. I want to try a different model, but its hard to not just purchase another pair of the Flint II because of the comfort and wear I've gotten from them.

1st impression.. heavenly. Within a few days started to notice a hissing sound coming from right boot with every step? Over the 10 days or so my right foot began to ache significantly. I believe the footbed somehow lost its structural integrity and it is causing a lack of support. Id like a new pair or a full refund asap . Sincerely, MARK BEST DOG EVER OBEDIENCE SOLUTIONS

Right out of the box these boots were comfortable. Wore them for two short stents, before putting them to the test on a couple days of hiking. They passed in flying colors and are a great addition to my other 2 pairs of Keen boots. Thanks Keen.

Bought a pair of Flint II's for work and same shoe for after-work. Play drums, work in lab, woodworker, handyman. Shoe works, feels comfortable and normal all day. Great shoe.

Wasnt sure on size, guessed wrong :( About 1 size too large, but since I had no choice but to wear working in field, guess Ill keep em now as are WAY past new. Have ordered new pair, size adjusted. Use the 1st pair, double socks in winter. Other than size issue, so comfortable with wide toe and snug heel. Initial wearing in 105 F weather and feet very comfy 10 hours of standing/walking/kneeling. 1st KEEN boots, like how they feel. New pair in transit, will post size info and fit/feel soon. Boots fits as stated. My feet feel better since I've been wearing the new Keens as compared to my wore out Keens. Not sure if soles on the Flint II E ill last as long as the Utility soles

These shoes worked out great for inside outside

Comfort and durability is what I look for in a work boot. The Flint II's are the most comfortable Keens I have ever owned so far. The durability factor of these boots are still up for review - we will see.

Shoe fit great and no break in period. Wear for 10 hour days in meat processing business. Have been wearing a week and noticed sole is already coming unglued from leather. Only gave 3 stars because of this. Will wait and see how long they last at this rate.

I wear these almost everyday and they are a great work boot.

My only two complaints so far are, it took quite a while to ship them, and the tongues were a little goofy out of thw box, and on my first day wearing them I must have tied the top too tight. It chewed on the top of my foot/ankle a little bit, but has been fine since. Very supportive shoe/boot feels like my feet are being hugged all day.

Longer and less square than Targhees. .
