Customer Reviews Rockport Weather or Not Waterproof Plain Toe Boot

I was a little disappointed in these shoes. For the price, the quality seems lacking. The heel and the tongue are plastic. The soul is flimsy--I can feel every pebble. Not what I expect from Rockport.

Originally ordered size 10W, usual s Rockport size. Had to reorder a 10.5W and fit perfect. Very comfortable out of box. I prefer a moc toe design for looks. Waterproof unless you seek out and stand in deep water. Good buy!

Purchased for my husband who walks 3 to 8 miles inside daily at his job. It usually takes him a few weeks to break in a new pair of shoes. These became his favorites by day two. In fact he raved about how much he liked these boots I just ordered him another pair since Rockport seems to discontinue the footwear he likes on a regular.

Fit well

The shoes were comfortable right out of the box. The fit, both in terms of size and width, were true. I have only worn them once as I am waiting for the upcoming inclement winter weather for daily wear. I may need to adjust sock thickness as I generally wear shoes and the boots are slightly higher and that part of my leg is not used to the interaction with boots/shoes.

They are a bit narrow, but ok.
