Got these terrex hikers in all black and this purple color, both size 8.5 The black fit perfectly with socks. The purple are a little snug with same socks and harder to zip up. That being said I figure maybe I just need to wear the purple in some more. My black are my go-tos if I am going to be out and about walking the dog or doing errands and the weather is rainy or snowing. I was pleasantly surprised in the most recent snow how grippy these are! Highly recommend. Maybe even go up half a size honestly.

All in one shoes it's a must have if you are living in cold conditions or it's always raining

Keeps feet warm and dry! I'm a soccer coach and these are the best shoes I've worn on the sideline.

I've been looking for an all year round hiking (or just keeping your feet warm and dry in the winter months) and this shoe does exactly that! My feet are lovely and warm at all times, even in -2 degrees. The base of the shoe is great as it solid (walking over cobbles/rocky terrain )but gives enough movement to jog (the continental base absorbs some of the impact too!) I've tried these in puddles and on the shore line and no water gets in! I'm a true size seven and this runs a little small so I would suggest (7.5) to have that extra room - though this is dependent on what type of socks you like to hike in (thick/thermal- normal socks)

Sturdy, comfortable and waterproof. Exactly what I was looking for. Went half a size up as suggested in other reviews and they fit perfectly.

Fit is great and they don't make your feet lol bulky like many boots. Very warm

This is a great hiking shoe. I actually do city running and get hiking shoes to prevent shin splints from running on concrete but I can see them being very supportive for hiking also. The ankle is supportive and it has great insulation on the inside. I will say because of the insulation, get a half size up if you wear thick socks. I have thick heated socks w/ batteries and I can't wear them comfortably in the size I have so I will get a size up but a thin sock will fit in them fine.

I love this boot! Only had them for 2 weeks. Super comfortable. Was a little rough to get in but once in it was so comfortable. Size, runs a half size bigger for me. I brought a 9, normally a 91/2.

Brought these as a gift for the wife as she wanted same boots as I had for walking our dog across the field in the winter months when wet,muddy and cold. As I raved about mine thought I'd get her a pair. She lives in them now and loves the style and comfort.

Bought for my partner because I have a pair I love. Great fit. True to size. Great stability and support. Warm and light weight.

extremely comfortable stylish keep feet warm and dry better than i expected runs wide which i appreciate in the toe area. I added insole for arch support and tighten up the heel for my needs. Worked perfectly.

Spent several days hunting and hiking in moderate to steep hilly, grass and leaf covered terrain. Temperatures in the high 20's to low 40's. Great performnce in wet and dry conditions. Especially appreciate the traction of the sole on grass covered slopes. grips and holds. Overall great boot. Liked them enough that I bought an additional pair for my spouse.

For someone who likes to casually walk around the streets of Chicago even when it's cold out, these are perfect! I even have wide feet and got the same size I normally would wear and the fit is perfect.

Highly recommend these shoes if you plan to hike in the cold. They are comfortable, and they keep your feet warm.

Just remember to order half size more than the one you used to wear.

I'm a dogwalker and I'm out there for hours with the dogs, no matter what the weather is. This are not only super comfy but the water just won't get in. Even when is super muddy and rainy I get home and my feet are dry. I also use them for hikes and recently when up a very rocky mountain using this boots. The grip is great. Can't recommend this one's enough.

This is perfect for before and after skiing, when I want to take off my boots and hang out on the mountain. It has great grip.

The best walking boots I've ever worn. I sized up half a size after reading the reviews and I highly recommend you do that.

Really great grip, fully waterproof (I've had to walk through some semi flooded streets) and very comfortable. I love the shape and overall look too. For hiking boots I normally get UK 6.5 but I was a UK 7 with these boots.
