The right shoe has such rough stitching at the top along the left side of the heel that it wore a hole in my stocking and caused a raw place on my foot (not on my heel but on the left side of my foot between heel and ankle area) after walking a short distance inside a building from my car in the parking garage to the elevator in the building lobby. Such a shame because otherwise I really like the shoes

I was very disappointed in the fit of this style. They are a bit too long. I will probably need to fit with a heel gripper.
