I ordered these slippers expecting to return them because I don’t want to pay this much for something I can only wear inside. But they are so good I ended up keeping them. Soft, lush, attractive, and with the great Vionic support, these are perfect. I am not supposed to walk around barefooted, so I wear the Vionic flipflops around the house in warm weather and now these in colder weather. Size down if you’re in between. I took off one star for the price; otherwise these would be 5 star.

The size and fit was great. The arch support was so hard and tough I felt like I was walking on bricks. Box and outer packaging were damaged in shipping as well.

Soft and comfortable, but made my feet look big and clompy

These are very comfortable on the foot bed. Lots of cushioning. And nice arch support. But my toes are cramped in the front of the shoe. The tops of my toes are cramped and too tight. Not sure why the toe area is so tight. Because the rest of the shoe is fine. At the high price of these, they are being retuned for a refund. My search continues for comfort cushioned slippers.

The soles are very stiff - hard to walk in.

I wanted to love these! They felt good, and fit well. I usually take a 9 but the 8 fit perfectly. They were so cute. It felt like a metal bar ran across the arch area. Very weird and so uncomfortable. I have to send them back. Why is this brand selling slippers with this awful hard arch area? THey need to remedy that.

Very disappointed. I have Vionic boots that I wore every single day last winter bc they are so comfy. But these slippers are like walking on two bricks. Completely hard from front to back. No padding and no give. They went back immediately. So fluffy looking, but don’t be fooled.

Slippers were clearly used before sending to me! I was shocked to open the box and find the slippers not packaged properly - no cardboard inserts in the toe area, no plastic covering, no tissue, no cards from the manufacturer - just used slippers in the box. The soles had wear marks and hair stuck to the edges, the inside of the slippers showed foot imprints and highly matted material. I am shocked at the unsanitary aspect plus the lack of quality control from Zappos. I immediately contacted customer service. The woman was equally shocked and refunded my purchase price but could not send a replacement. Terrible, terrible experience and I am still in search of supportive slippers.
