I wanted to love these slippers because they look great! As much as I keep trying to wear them and hoping they would soften up on the sole it did NOT. They are so stiff and uncomfortable. I own a few Vionics that feel & work great but not this one.

I'm very disappointed in these slippers. I've worn Gemma Mules for years and thought I'd change it up a bit. The slippers are not made the same. They feel wide and you can't change that. The mules have velcro so you can adjust them. I just can't wear them. On the upside, for someone with a wider foot, they are very warm.

Very aggressive arch. Surprising how high these arches are compared to other Vionic slippers and shoes. Loved the soft material but had to return. Agree with other shoppers that a half size lower is appropriate for these.

They are not comfortable. They look good but that is about it . Very disappointed as they do not have the Viconic standard.

Fit wasnt good..too wide. They fall off my feet and i wear backless shoes 90% of the time.

Too stiff to walk comfortably. They feel like bricks that I shuffle in. The soles are unyielding and hard.

While I've loved most of the Vionic shoes I've purchased, these were cardboard hard and a big, big disappointment. Fit was fine and the top was soft, but there was no flex and actually hurt my feet. They're in my box for donations....

this shoe is too big. Size down a half size. My foot slides in and out and i almost trip over myself constantly. it needs a strap to hold the shoe in place. The shearling makes it too slippery and with the wide width its a disaster waiting to happen. i am going to try and return these.

I am finding that Vionics are hit and miss and this pair was yet again another miss! I really really wanted to love these slippers but I just could not.. The soles are so stiff and inflexible that I could not walk normally and the trim cut into the top of my foot despite that fact that these are slides not tight fitting shoes. The Vionics that I have I love but unfortunately I have to send back more than I keep. I have been looking for a couple years now for a cozy arch support slide slipper to replace my very warm shearling bootie slippers which have no arch support and so I don't have to wear flip flops around the house on cold days because my doctor does not want me walking around the house without arch support. I had hoped that the Caressa Slipper would do that but despite the arch support being great they are just not wearable! Extremely disappointed

I bought my normal shoe size in this slipper but it was too wide so tried sizing down a half size. Unfortunately it was still too wide. The slick fur in combination with the width just made it difficult to keep the slippers from falling off. Please make a slipper in a narrow width.

i just received these and they are the most uncomfortable slippers I've had. I have other slippers from vionic plus several pairs of shoes and those are perfect. the arch support on these is extremely high and the same on the inside and the outside instead of high on the inside and low on the outside

I have LOVED all my other Vionic shoes, so I figured I would have the same reaction to these slippers. Unfortunately, these are the most uncomfortable slippers I have ever had. I certainly wasted my money on this purchase!

These seemed to have potential but they were so loose on my foot, they slid off with every step. I have a wider foot so I can't imagine how they stay on anyone.

These slippers were so heavy, they didn't stay on my feet when I walked!

Beautiful shoe. The problem is about an hour into wearing I started falling out of the shoe bcz they stretched out now I have to wear soxs with them or I can trip.To late to return but I learned an exspensive less abt ordering shoes online

I had to return these. The arch was so hard and high it felt like I had a golf ball under each foot. Tried for three days to wear them in increasing increments of time but my feet were so bruised I had to send them back.
