Cute flat for work. I think it's cuter in person than in pic

I really wanted this shoe to work because it is so cute and it is orthotic friendly but alas, even the AA was too loose in the heel. I tried going down a half size and it still was too loose on my heel. The Aravon shoe that worked for me was the REVShow which is a mary-jane style with a strap in a 10AA. Thanks Zappos for your wonderful customer service and no shipping both ways! For those of us with foot "issues" you are a blessing!

I have many Aravon shoes and sandles, size 10 WW. This shoe fit true to size, but the toe box smashed my big toes. The elastic around the foot was ok, not very noticeable.

Very nice shoe, especially for a flat in a gunboat size. Nicely made. However, I ordered a 12 N, and this felt like a 12.5 Medium width. Going to have a look to see whether Aravon offers anything narrower than narrow, but this is a bit of a disappointment.

i love this shoe! but i can barely wear them. They are too big and i have worn them and cannot return them. When i talk my foot comes out of the shoe. i'm hoping this winter i can wear socks and they might fit better, but it will ruin the look of the shoe, which i absolutely love.

This shoe is such a dressy style - really thought they would be keepers - not so, they were so incredibly uncomfortable that I took them off as soon as I put them on, did not even go for a practice spin - just like wooden planks - stiff, would not bend, or conform to foot at all. What a shame that such an attractive shoe could never be worn.

The round toe was just what I was looking for and the shoe seemed sturdy and supportive, but the toe box was very low and because of that my toes were squished. Back they went.

Loved everything about this shoe, but it was too long--the heel kept slipping--even though I ordered it in my regular size. I think it will be dressy enough to wear to weddings and dinners out. I think they would be comfortable without looking too orthopedic. I will order in a half size smaller and try again.

The Aravon Andrea has a clever dressiness for a low cut flat. It also has elastic to help keep it on. However, the AA heel was too wide for me and the shoe is too low cut for my high instep.

When I first put these shoes on, I thought I'd found the holy grail. I have been through a boatload of shoes, looking for dressy black shoes that don't pinch my wide toes. I wear a 6.5 - 7/ W - WW and ordered these in a 7 WW. They did not pinch and the insole is nicely cushy. But, after walking around on them a little bit, I realized they were just a little slippy feeling...not terrible, but noticeable. Then I took a good look at how the looked on my feet. The elastic top is not fully stretched, which means the shoe has sloppy looking puckery bits. I pulled back on the heel and, to get it to not pucker, I had to pull it a full 1/2 inch away from the back of my heel...not to mention there is enough clearance to put my finger between my heel and the shoe heel. But, any shorter and my toes would be pinched. So I think they are just not quite proportioned for short duck feet. They are well made shoes and would be comfy on the correct feet.

I have to accomodate my wide feet that I was born with and a bunion, so I was willing to give these a try even though the elastic thing isn't very attractive. I ordered the W and the WW (2E) and they both were narrow. It's like they were pretending to be wide. Thank goodness for Zappos' return policy. the are going back. At the same time I ordered Clarks Ashland Bubble in a W and WW. The WW was perfect. It also looks a lot better than these. It is staying.

These were definitely too wide and the toe was too round so it looked 'old ladyish'.

As is typical with so many wide sized shoes: fits fine in the toe bed, but the rest of the shoe, specifically the back of the heel is huge. A person ends up walking right out of the shoe, especially when the shoes are flats. When will manufacturers learn that a wide toe bed does not mean wide heels!!!

I originally ordered this in 7.5W, which is what I wear in Clarks and Nob Hill dress shoes. But, because of the rounded toebox it was too big. The 7W came and it's still a tad too long and the heel slips off. Rather than exchanging this for a normal width or even smaller shoes, I simply bought stick on heel pads. I'm hoping this does the trick. The shoe's heel goes up straight and is not as curved as my other flats, so doesn't grip onto my heel. On top of that, the supportive shoe is stiff and heavy and doesn't bend as readily. Despite all this, the insole support is better then some Munros I've tried and it's really cute, making the extra heel sticker purchase worth it.

Had these had either the twist on the toe OR the shiny scales, I probably would've kept them, but both together just were too much. With very wide feet, you really can't expect much in the way of attractive shoes most of the time; you just have to learn to settle for fit and comfort. And while these could use more arch support, they were fairly comfortable and the WW fit my wide toes well without falling off my heels. But they were just so damned ugly, even I had to return them. I still debate picking them up again because I do remember comfort. If you try them, though, stick with the black: the colors make the cheesy details just that much more obvious.

I returned these shoes. I need a wide and ordered a wide but these are too wide. I might be able to wear a regular but they did not look as good as I had hoped. Since they have a rounded toe they look very stubby.

the show is rather stiff and unforgiving. It was slightly too short for one foot and I could tell it would be uncomfortable for extended wear. I did not care for the appearance in person - the 'snakeskin' looked very fake.

I'm usually 7.5W, but because of the round wide toe box, these shoes were too long and heel kept slipping off. Also, the pair I got was defective in the design on the front. The bunched up design part was totally mismatched. One side looked like the picture, and the other side looked unraveled then glued back down. I ordered a 7W and am hoping the two sides match this time and that the heel doesn't slip off. Other than that, the shoe is seriously cute. Like someone else said, it looks much better in person and overall makes my feet look smaller. It has great arch support, but the insole is not leather. I would have paid more if I could have this same shoe with all leather inside like the higher end shoes.

I really, really wanted these to work. I've been looking to find a comfortable walking shoe that also looks nice. I received these and tried them on - they felt comfortable at first, however the sides where are too tight and the toe cup cuts into the top of my foot. Also the back is too hard and rubs off on the heel. Sadly I will be returning these.
