Very satisfied with my orders from Zappos. They carry shoes in my size (5W) which are almost impossible to find. I ordered the shoes at 10:00 am one day and they arrived the next day! Even quicker than Amazon. I only wish they had more sales on the Aravon shoes as I found the same ones on Online Shoes for 20% off. Highly recommend Zappos for carrying Aravon shoes, small sizes and quick shipping.

I love these - the perfect style for dressy-casual summer wear and business casual office. Color works with my lights and whites. 3 adjustable straps for custom fit. Generous cushioning in footbed and sturdy yet flexible sole, thick enough to last more than one season.

I liked this sandal a lot. I had a hard time deciding between it and the Aravon Katy style. The colors are cute on this (Katherine), but Katy won out (barely) just because the straps seemed to line up better on my crooked feet. Otherwise, Katherine felt good, which is significant since my narrow crooked feet are really hard to fit a sandal to.

My mother-in-law has problem feet and these sandals work perfectly for her. They are comfortable, have good support and the extra wide width gives her plenty of toe room. They do seem to run a little big so we had to return the first pair for a smaller size. I could not believe how easy it was to exchange them and how quickly we received them. I was most impressed with Zappos customer service and would not hesitate to order from them in the future.

The item is rather overwhelming in that the size 10 is more like a size 10 1/2 and 2E size is more like triple E. I didn't know it would run large.

The Aravon Katherine-AR sandals by New Balance are wonderful! They run true to size (11B) and because they are adjustable at the forefoot, ankle & heel they feel made to order. Good cushioning & heel height. Metallic color will go with anything either dress up or casual. They are the perfect summer sandal.

I love these shoes and they fit my orthotics perfectly. However, they are a little too wide for my foot, so I will need to reorder a narrow.

I have been wearing these sandals since they arrived. They are extremely comfortable with a soft footbed. The straps are all adjustable for a perfect fit. The front strap is great because I have bunions and I like to wear a sandal that hides them. This shoe does that. It can be worn as a dressy or casual sandal. I wear jeans all the time and it was perfect for around the house and I could wear it into town without feeling I had to change from my house shoes to town shoes. I use a lift in my left heel because of a horse accident and I was able to stick that on with Velcro and it felt secure with the back strap fitting nicely around my ankle since I could adjust it the way I wanted it. The straps did not rub or irritate my foot in any way. The openness of the shoe will be perfect for hot days and this is the type of shoe I wear year round at the house as I have radiant heated floors so always want an open shoe. I got a color that was not my regular black but found that I began liking something different. It was the Metallic M. The heel was elevated just a little which was very comfortable for all the stairs I have in the house. The sole was flat which is good here because I have to walk through a lot of gravel and this sole did not pick up any pieces to track into the house. The fit was excellent from day one. No break-in period. I would definitely purchase these shoes in a black. It s a well made sandal that I feel I could get a long use out of. It was an attractive yet practical sandal that I thought had a sassy feel to it. A happy experience. I will look for a black one and other shoes from New Balance after trying this shoe. I wore it comfortably all day for days in a row. Style was simple and attractive.

These shoes are cute and comfortable and the three velcro straps mean that they are highly adjustable. I had to return the first pair for a smaller size as they seem to run a lot longer than the Naots I usually wear. The footbed is held in place with velcro appearing as though you can buy a new footbed when the old one gets worn though I haven't seen replacements advertised. The previous reviewer probably got a pair where the footbed had been taken out and not properly replaced. I think these are really very nice. My only wishes are that the footbed would be cushier (I have sore feet) and that the arch support would be higher (I have high arches).

Liked these very much except that there was a bump just below the toes that was uncomfortable.

I love the comfort of this sandal and the adjustable straps. My only problem is , I've only wore them around the house and I already have a tiny piece of material missing on the toe strap. I'm worried about how much more will flake off over time. But I love the comfort for my wide feet. I Love Zappos! You make it so easy for me to shop for shoes especially since the stores don't carry my size. 11W Thank you :)

I really liked these sandals but with my plantar faciaitis I require a significant arch support. The moderate arch on these shoes was just not enough.

Wish it fit better... I wanted to like these shoes. I have metatarsal trouble and the sole felt great. I like the way there are three different straps with velcro to adjust, and the metallic multi is a nice selection of color. I wear size 8, and ordered 8, however, it seemed like a bit more room at the toe end would have helped. There are no half sizes, and I figured 9 would be too big. My big toes especially ended up extending over the end of the shoe towards the size. My feet are not padded, and I think that maybe the strap over the toes just didn't adjust small enough for me, too. I can't say it was fully half a size too small in length, but there wasn't that much room at the end for toes. They are maybe slightly small, and a bit wide in the toe box. Great shoe, though.

These shoes are really cute but unfortunately I need a slim. I have a pair of Aravon lace-ups that I love, use them for winter travel in Europe, but these seem to be cut wider - even with 3 sets of straps they just looked too big. I mainly wear Munros - when one of their lasts fits me it's perfect! I wear a 9 slim, have a very narrow heel.

The sandals are super comfy. It’s the second pair I’ve bought. The others I bought three years ago. I just had bunion surgery and surgery on one of the bones in my foot, so I especially like the fact that the Velcro is adjustable as my foot is still slightly swollen. One complaint I have is that the Velcro in the back doesn’t allow me to tighten the heel as much as I’d like to. I have a very narrow heel and when I make the adjustment as snug as I can get it. The strap is still loose. I had the same problem on the other sandals. When I first got them I didn’t like the multi tone look. I wanted the tan color that I had previously bought. But the width of the front strap is somewhat more narrow which makes the shoe look less clunky.

This is a complex review. These sandals are beautifully styled and very sturdy offering lots of arch support. They come in narrow so my foot doesn't slosh around and the straps don't hang over when tightened as many sandals do (though the heel strap could be shorter...it does stick out past the velcro at least an inch for my narrow heels.) On my first wearing, the back strap came unstiched and I had to find a shoe repair shop in Berlin. Then I wore them every day on a 2 1/2 month European trip, walking 2-7 miles a day, in total comfort. The footbed is excellent! And can be removed and washed. Now the bottom of the side strap is coming loose, so I have asked for a refund. The shoe is SOOOOO comfortable that I am giving it another chance and ordering it again. This shoe fits better than the ECCOs I have been wearing and is dressier, can be worn in many situations, yet still works as walking sandal. I tested at least 20 pairs of sandals prior to my trip, and Aravon is the best!

Shoe is well made; however it runs about 1 size larger than most 7 2AA sized shoes.

These shoes are really long, order down. All of my other Aravons are 8.5, so I ordered a 9. I will have to exchange for an 8 since they only come in whole sizes. They are cute sandals!

I have a wide foot and got the widest size. They are too wide. They run really wide. I woould get the wide, not the extra wide. They are VERY comfortable. Not so pretty when on but feel good.

These sandals are generously sized. I kept the 9 because they didn't come in half sizes. The strap that goes over the toes is loose and needed to be adjusted tighter; whereas the strap over the ankle was tight and needed loosening. Once all the adjustments were made they feel comfortable. The price is a little steep but hopefully they will hold up well.

Even though this was a 13 narrow, the strap across the top of foot and the back strap didn't work well with where the arch was. They are cute, but not the best for my foot.

These are very comfortable sandals with excellent arch support and terrific adjustable straps for narrow feet. Even though I prefer ordering a size 11½ when I can, these size 11 sandals are a perfect fit for me. However, the tan footbed shows signs of separating from the dark sole at the toe end. The glue or bonding there is very disappointing at this price point so I am returning these. I am also a little color blind. I ordered the metallic mix sandals thinking that the straps had a black base for the metallic colors layered on top as it appeared to me in the picture. These sandals do not have black in the straps at all. Instead they have a metallic palette of earth toned dark bronze, gold bronze and bronzy or antique silver in three bands of color on the straps. They would compliment olive green clothing very well.

Just tried the Aravon Katherine sandals. I'm consistently and 8 &1/2. The size 8 in these fits perfectly so I would say they run a little big. The velco at the heel and the toe make it perfect for a custom fit. Slight heel/wedge makes walking comfortable. The metallic is muted. Not the most stylish but very nice and can be used casual day or nice dinner but not fancy!

Looked great in the pic put looked and felt different in person. The straps are more patent leather, so it’s very stiff, the back strap was very stiff and bulky it would not lay flat. I liked that all areas were adjustable. Unfortunately they hurt the ball of my foot so back they go!

I should have listened to other reviews, the ankle strap is ridiculously long and when it is snitched to where I need them it hangs way over and looks horrible. Also, I thought these had a removable foot bed and do not, so I can use with my inserts. I am returning them.
