It took a good day and a half to break them in.

Dissapointed with the fit and finish. These are not made for Wide feet. Shoe was ordered at 10.5 W and are biting and hurt the piggies. Am hoping these stretch some with time. Shoe is very shiny and does not match the finish in the ad photos.

These were defective in that there was irratating bump at the big toe on the right shoe. I could not wear them so they were returned. The $59.95 sale price was no longer available to reorder.

Shoe is a little snug with mid/light weight sock. The shoes are leather, so I expect them to relax a bit. (Have only worn them for about a week...) While the shoes are lightweight the heal cushioning is not quite what I was hoping for. I noticed that my heals were aching a bit at the end of the day after moderate office walking.

The shoe was much too long for the advertised size.

The sizing is the major issue; i have small, but wide foot and the shoe feels a tad to big especially in the length.

The rubber of the sole rises to a point that almost graces the top of the shoe on the sides - more overt in person than in the photos and in my opinion, makes the shoes feel a little less dignified. Also a bit tight on me, rubbed the back of my ankle, but to be fair, I'm a 12 in some shoes and a 13 in others and I ordered the 12. Overall, in my case, neither quite as stylish nor as comfortable as I'd hoped, though the latter could be entirely a sizing issue.

I like the look of the shoes, but they are pretty uncomfortable on the back of my ankle. I'm hoping they will become more comfortable as they break in, but right now they are torturous.

These seemed to be well made, but there are two things I didn't like, so I returned them for a different brand. One, the sole is made of a hard and stiff plastic material that squeaked when I walked and was uncomfortable. Second, it slipped in the heal. If standing on a hard surface for long periods or if you walk a lot at work, etc., I would purchase something else.

The shoe fits well and feels good but the color is so far off from the pictures on the website it's unbelievable and very disappointing. French Roast in person is more of a milk chocolate / light brown not the dark almost Cordova pictured I was hoping to get.

Surprisingly for a driver, these were very loose on my foot. Most drivers veer on the side of being too tight. These were a bit too loose

Shoe was at least 1/2 size larger than marked. Also, though indicated as leather, it felt like low end leather, at best.

This was my 3rd pair I love this shoe so I bought 2 pairs this time unfortunately this particular color felt much more narrow than my black pair so I am returning it

My husband has this same shoe in a darker verson that he's had for a number of years. We noticed immediately the lesser quality of leather in this pair and were disappointed. The will go back.

One size too small. They are also very stiff, not soft and supple as I imagined they would be. Seems like they would be uncomfortable (although I did return due to one size too small and did not re-order).

I bought this shoe a few years ago and loved it. I ordered the black Tucker to replace my original pair. What is shown in the picture (as of 7/4/2017) is not what the shoe looks like. The grain of the leather has totally changed from the original shoe. Definitely feels like the leather quality has taken a hit.

It fits OK but I dislike its appearance. It looks better in the photographs on the website than it does in reality. On the website, the leather does look like French Roast coffee and its yellow stitching provides an attractive contrast. In reality, the leather looks more like dull milk chocolate and its stitching is a dull beige.

"waxy pullup leather" looked and felt like plastic.

These are not the Venetians of five years ago. I bought several pair back then, and just bought two new pair; the newer versions must have been done by the lowest bidder. My biggest complaint is that the toes curl up at the tips like Aladdin's shoes. It's not an attractive look. Secondly, the stitched seams don't have the same look and quality feel as the older Venetians. Won't buy anymore.

I have had two pairs of the black version of this shoe that fit perfectly. This one was to small. I have to return for a larger size. The color is a much lighter tan without a shiny finish. Not bad but not the pop of the picture.

This was my husband's 3rd order of these exact shoes over past 12 years. They've always been his go-to comfortable "work" and casual shoes. However this time, he keeps complaining they feel much narrower in the toe box and heel areas. I did try the shoe trees and shoe stretch (at home) approach and he still complained. I guess my next step will be to take them to the cobbler to see if they can give a better result for a bit more comfort for my husband.

I've had these shoes for about a year and half now. I typically only wear them in the colder months (about half the year) because am able to wear shorts to work in the summers. After two winters and walking about 2-3 miles a day, the soles on the forefoot have no tread and the insole is completely shot, to the point that I'm getting back and knee pain. For a pair of shoes at this price, I expected a little more from them. I called Cole Haan and to have the shoe repaired would cost as much as a brand new pair of shoes. No thanks. I'll be looking for something else.

These are very nice looking shoes. The problem is they are not very comfortable. The heel rubs and it's really irritating. These shoes are not real cheap. Usually I wear Dunhams but wanted something more stylish. They run a size large and are pretty narrow. Narrow for me is good, I usually wear a 14 narrow and I took a 13 in these.

Overall: Meh. Doesn't feel or look like a pricey shoe. Comfortable though. More comfortable now that they're broken in a little. Odd shape of right shoe blistered back of my heel for the first 2-3 weeks.
