This shoe actually stayed on my narrow heel. It was quite comfortable at first and then began hurting on top of my foot where the end of the shoe met my ankle. I had a red mark from the shoe fitting my narrow foot too tightly--I guess that's why I needed a shoe horn to get the shoe on. I really liked the shoes, but don't want to spend time in pain while the elastic stretches at the entrance of the shoe.

I bought my regular size 8 medium and could not even get the shoe on my foot. I exchanged for 81/2 wide and it fit perfect except the heel was too large and fell off as I walked. I do not normally wear wide shoes. For the short time I tried it on the toe box was comfortable and the arch support seemed moderate. Hope this helps find the right size for you.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

I have a high instep and need a wide width shoe. I could barely even get my foot in this one. It's very narrow and not enough room for someone with a high instep at all.

I LOVE your shoes! I have 2 pair of VIVA's that slip on and a pair that Velcro fasten. I wanted Navy blue but the style Navy came in had to high tongue and it was hard to slip on. I had to return the Nora style

Sadly had to return these. Love the style but they definitely were not a WW. if you are a W you may get into the WW but if you are a WW do not bother. Also hard to get into because they are high on the ankle. Definitely a shoe for narrow feet and low arches.

Really like this shoe however I have a high arch and because the shoe come high up on the foot it was very uncomfortable for me. Shoe fits well in the heel. The material is very fine quality. Love the color combination. Was really disappointed that I was not able to wear this shoe.

Nice stylish shoe. I need extra wide in the toe box due to bunions. 91/2 WW was too snug, so ordered a 91/2 WWW but still too snug though other 9WW and 9 1/2 WW feel fine. Seems like a great shoe if you need a wide or less. Good quality leather and style.

I had to return these. I wear a 12M, but my foot is more Narrow than Medium. These were too narrow, and the toe box was not tall enough for my comfort.

The feel of these shoes is somewhat stiff. Also they felt tight across the instep. Very nice looking shoe, just not comfortable enough

My daughter and I both tried on just one of these shoes and both felt that our ankle was being tilted to the left. We didn't even try on the other one because of the awkwardness of the first one. On a positive note, I've been having a horrible time finding shoes to fit my horribly wide feet, and these did fit.

I wish these shoes had actually fit because they looked nice and would probably be comfortable if they just weren't so narrow. I take a 9 1/2 medium and own a pair of SAS Dream in that size that fit fine. I could hardly get these on they were just so tight. I was afraid to exchange them for a Wide because I'm not sure that would have been big enough either.

This is a beautiful shoe! Very comfortable, which is hard for me to find due to my wide foot and narrow heel. Then I took a few steps and I walked right out of them. The heel is very shallow. Sadly, I must return them.
