The toe box was not high enough. The leather was very supple but the front of the shoe was too flexible. I felt that my big toes would have too much pressure on them and since the inside lining was very thin, I felt that within a month, my toes would be breaking through. The shoe is very round in front, and since my toes are slanted, there was too much empty space toward the side, and it did not feel stable, so it made me feel tippy.

this shoe was a snug fit. also, the suede-like texture I think would scuff and discolor in use.

I loved these shoes but have to return them. With the shoe for the left foot, the velcro strap would not hold against even the slightest pressure. Could not take a step without it coming free. I would order them again, but do not know how to safeguard against such a defect.

Pretty shoe but did not fit properly. Too small over the instep.

Too wide in heel. I find this to be true with SAS shoes. I have an overall narrow foot, flattened out forefoot but very narrow from arch to heel. I usually wear lace up or Mary Janes, but my heel still slipped in these with the strap as tight as I could make it go.

I was hoping to be able to wear these shoes. They are comfortable and aren’t outlandishly chunky on a large narrow foot. I cannot wear them as the soles have no grip. Although I had no trouble in my house, I slipped the first time I wore them out. The shoes seem well made and sturdy, but they are not safe for me to wear. I am too old (67) to worry about every step I take being the one that will cause me to fall.

Disappointed at how tight these are across the width of foot. They are so cut, but did not fit at all.

Returned, not pleased with shoe. Ordered WW, fit like a medium.

Sooo disappointed. I need a pair of cute shoes for everyday work and going-out wear that won't make me hate walking. These promised a cushiony feel and comfortable walking, but there is zero arch support, very little cushion, and waking made my feet hurt immediately. These are probably fine if you don't have arthritic feet and are not in your 60s. Back to the drawing board.

Wide didn't feel very wide, plus there wasn't anywhere near enough room for the height of my foot in it. Like, forget wearing socks, I couldn't get my bare foot in it at all. I know I have thicker feet than standard, but I seriously couldn't get my toes into the last 2.5 inches of shoe at all. What the heck!

They just were too shallow to accomodate my Rx orthotics. I will be returning them, sadly.

I am truly disappointed,I have worn SAS shoes for years. The last two pair I have tried are simply not up to the standard I have always depended on, take out this sort of flimsy pad and there is zero arch support. They are flat as a flitter. Returned.

These are so adorable and the inside cushioning is unbelievable. It is definitely "soft" support. Doesn't feel too soft like a cheap pair of Skechers, for example. I am sad to return these as they are too narrow in the toebox. I hesitate to try a wide width as I think it will be too wide in the heel. I have a narrow heel and wide toebox, so these are a miss for me. Shame because they are beautiful.

These are cute shoes but unwearable if you have a high instep. I have both an extra wide foot and high instep and I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. Sadly, I will be returning these.

I really liked these online. My husband recommended this brand for comfort. Unfortunately I knew that they weren't going to work for me within the first few steps. I have fallen arches and these offered no support for that problem. They were just a tad too short in the toe and too long in the heel which slipped. A different size wouldn't work for me. The strap did not feel secure. There was a deep crease in the toe of the left foot. I won't be trying this brand again.

I was delighted to find a shoe in a narrow size. Like the style, however, I have returned them. I have arthritis in my feet and must wear a shoe with an inflexible foot bed. Disappointed. But will continue to look for a pair in all that is available.

Did not work with my orthotic. Will try a larger size some spring.

With my orthotic in the shoe, they were too short and too narrow. Really cute style and will probably order the longer one in the Spring.

So disappointed. I found the shoes to be one size too small. I wonder if the shoe was marked incorrectly. I even took them to the shoe repair store and had them stretched. No, they still hurt my feet. I wear orthotics and thought that even though the shoe has no support, that my orthotics would compensate. No again. No support like wearing a slipper.
