The recommended size was too long. I would have ordered a half size smaller but it was not available.

I'm in between a 7 and a 7 1/2, and often go for the larger size I have wide feet made worse by a bunion on the right. However, these were huge all around. They seemed very comfortable, although the style (or maybe the color - beige) were not inspiring, so I don't think I will try ordering another size. But the comfort will keep me coming back to check SAS shoes in the future.

The shoe was comfortable but my foot slides forward and my toe hangs off the top of the shoe. The shoe was also very squeaky when I walked. I have to return it.

Nice shoes, but as usual when I ordered wide width shoes to compensate for bunions, I get shoes designed for an elephant. I was hoping the straps would allow me to adjust for normal-sized ankles. They don’t.

I really wanted to love these shoes. In truth, they are very comfortable. Nice footbed. But I truly dislike the styling. They look like geriatric shoes. I may be old, but I don't have to dress like it.

The color was not as light as I wanted. The sandal was considerably larger.

The leather is soft. The shoe bed fit my wide foot, but my high arch was not accommodated. The stapes were not long enough to fit the top of my foot. Also, fitting the buckle of the strap was not easy for me. I did have to return. It looks like many of SAS shoes go high on the foot, so perhaps I can't wear these shoes. May need to keep to loafers.

I have purchased this style many times over the years. This shoes did not have the quality, comfort, or fit that I expected. The shoes squeaked when I walked, the cut leather edges was rough, and the overall fit was uncomfortable.

I've been wearing Mystic sandals for years (and other SAS shoes). The shoes I ordered recently - 5W - and returned had a longer last and extended way beyond my heel. I was so disappointed because I'd worn the old pair to bits and looked forward to the new one.

I returned these sandals. I'm old, my feet bother me, but the only thing these sandals had going for them was the fit. Hated the style. To me they looked like geriatric sandals, and I just can't deal with that.

I badly wanted to like these blue perlato sandals. It was not to be. I am 12M and that is what I ordered. My toes did not fill the foot bed even close, left at least half an inch empty space up front. Also, I must have a low instep, because I had to use the innermost holes of the straps to get them to fit. Next step would be punching more holes. I did not like the flimsy elastic at the heel strap. The shoe could be improved by eliminating the elastic. My heel felt loose and I was afraid my ankle would turn. I really liked the nice leather and the perlato color was beautiful. These are going back.

The fit was OK and size true but the shoe looked like cheap plastic and for the price I was not satisfied. I returned them and will stick with Ecco as they never disappoint.

The shoes looked much better online. When they arrived they looked like cheap plastic. For the price I was not expecting this. I will continue to order Ecco brand as their quality and look have never disappointed me. I love that Zappos has such an easy return policy so I am not stuck with a shoe that I don't like. It makes it easier to order a more expensive shoe and know if I don't like it I can return it.

The shoes are not comfortable for my width and support needs. The shoes squeaked when I tried them on.

The buckle across the toes is extremely painful and I was just trying them on. I can't imagine wearing them any length of time.

I ordered size 10.5 medium, received 10.5 slim. The shoes were in a plastic bag, not an SAS box. The bottom of one of the shoes was soiled. I'm not sure what happened!! They are being returned and I have again tried to order the correct size.
