The craftsmanship on this shoe and every SAS shoes was perfect. I ordered a 10M in this praline color. I am in my 20s and this style will date you a little, not the most youthful look. But I don't care much about look, I'm interested in comfort. Unfortunately, these shoes rubbed my pinky toes. I have previous pinky toe issues, so I'm not saying it's a defect with the shoe, but if you have pinky toe issues, I'm not sure these would work for you.

I hadn't had a black patent pair of shoes in a long time and thought they looked cute. Unfortunately, they are a half- to a whole size too small, so I will be returning them. I ordered my regular size, 7WW, but that's not what they feel like. Not sure if I will try a different size, since I don't know which size to order.

I really appreciated the comfort and support this shoe provided. I like how it stayed on my foot and that there was a velcro strap to help with that. I had been told it felt like a cloud and it really was that comfortable. However, my feet are an odd size and even though it fit in length wise and it didn't slip off my heel it pinched my toes on the side. I would say that is user error more that the shoe error.

Wanted to love the shoe, styling is great. But not feeling the support to wear all day. After 4 hours, I feel the discomfort in my toes , bottom of my feet, spine and legs. Again beautiful shoes, not not for me.

I bought these shoes for my mom for Mother's Day. They are stylish enough but they are labeled as double wide. They not wide at all. I had to return them.

In Nov I ordered a pair in black patent and they were sooo comfortable even though I have a bunion on my big toe but the patent leather was wrinkled so I had to send them back. In Aug I ordered a pair in light brown and the shoe liner bulged up in the shoes and didn't lay flat. Obviously it was the wrong liner for the shoe. So I had to send them back. The first pair was so comfortable that I'd like to get a couple pair of them but getting a pair that isn't defective seems unlikely and I'm tired of paying the shipping. If SAS still had the one free shipping exchange on an order I'd try again.

I purchased this shoe about six months ago from my local SAS store. I wanted this shoe to be a comfortable alternative for more casual wear, however this is not the case. I found the shoe has little support and even taking it back to store and having it stretched, the shoe is not comfortable on my wide foot. Really disappointed that I purchased this shoe - hope to have better luck when I try SAS again.
