I love this style of shoe but I have 2 new pair and once worn there is a wrinkle across the toe area and the pain from it is bad. I cannot wear them. Anything you know of the would help

These shoes FELT great, but the toe room was too spacious for my narrow feet. SAS touring mesh is such a great shoe; I wish they would make some leather shoes in the same style.

Bought these for my 90 year old Mother. They were too wide on her foot and heavier than what she is used to so I returned them.

First time I wore them they scratched up. First time EVER happened to me. Across toe box already shows wrinkles Have wore them only 8 - 10 times. extremely disappointing. Thought they would be very comfortable for a long day. They've ok,
That's way a 2 over 3 star.

Not the most comfortable tennis, but I was able to wear them for several weeks while in Europe. I’m returning them due to failure of the finish on the toes of the shoes. At the end of the second day I noticed that the toes of the shoe looked dirty. When I took them off to clean them I could see that they weren’t dirty but the leather finish was peeling off. I had to wear them as I had only packed one pair of tennis shoes. The finish continued to flake. I’m returning them due to this.
It really surprised me as Sas used to be a reliable brand, my grandmother always wore this brand and they seemed to last for years. Just wondering if the quality has gone downhill. Or did I just get a defective pair.

The Freetime shoes are comfortable walking shoes and I have bought them for many years. The web site was a nightmare and I will only purchase shoes in the future by phone or in a store.

The leather was very nice and I wanted to like the shoe but I have to return it since it is very slippery on my carpeting. Just 6 or 7 steps and I was sliding. Other than that it is a good shoe but not for me and my carpet.

I can not wear this Free time shoes because of the rocking Sole. I Uad these shoes several times jn past and I thought they were ok but the fact that I have aged my balance is not as good as it was 25 years ago when I retired as a Texas Classroom teacher. Also I had bought Walk Easy Walking Shoe and realized after almost falling that I could not safely wear them. Please describe the sole of shoes for both sale shoes and regular shoes. Older people common;y have balance problems. I thought I was ordering flat sole shoes in order.

Bought these for my 99 year old mother. She has many others from SAS and won't wear anything else -until she tried these. Very stuff and uncomfortable around the little toe area. Tried to return them but they were on sale and in the fine print (which apparently I didn't see) said no returns. Very unhappy with this situation. Sent an email asking for an exception to be made and no response.

The shoes I ordered for my mother were a 9 1/2 WW. The instep was to small and not wide enough. My mother has bought many pairs of the same shoe and fitted well. The new ones that SAS makes now do not fit to size. This is the first pair we have had problems with. Normally the double width shoe fits fine, but this pair were narrow even though they were a double wide.

After wearing SAS freetime for decades, it seems they aren't the same shoe. The construction, last, etc appear completely different and lower quality. Perhaps they've changed their business model (Higher profit, lower quality). We won't buy them anymore.

Shoe was wide at widest area across foot BUT then tapered in at toe box area. Looked ugly on feet. Took them off ASAP and returned for refund. If shoe advertises WW, why can’t they follow thru and be wide throughout whole shoe? Very disappointed in brand considering all the good reviews shoe had recieved.
