They were too small, even though I ordered the same size I've always worn, including a pair I bought this summer. I wanted to exchange them but there was no option to exchange. Of course they deducted shipping fees from my refund. I had gotten them on sale and didn't want to pay full price for another pair plus shipping again. I emailed them but they never responded. Very poor customer service. I'm very disappointed in this experience.

the very large Jack right in the middle does not come off that's all I don't like I feel i'm too old towear a glow in the dark Jack at least the size of a silver dollar I will be sending them back Even the Space Jam ones I bought all the charms came off the basketballs and advertising

One croc was BIGGER than the other, yet they were the same size.

I love Crocs. These, I do not love :( I did not see in the description that the "jibbitz" are GLUED ON. NON REMOVABLE. I am very disappointed. RUINED a great pair of shoes with giant Jack head.

I love these Crocs however the skull print isn't fully on the pair I received and it almost looks rubbed out. They also run very small compared to other Crocs I've bought in the same size The sad part is they're not available in the Crocs store anymore

One croc was significantly smaller, customer service never responded to me but they were still nice crocs

Honestly i love them but im not sure why one foot is smaller then the other. I ordered a size 9 but when i compare the left foot croc its the same size as the size 8 from a previous pair i had .

It could be better product

They look awesome the only thing is one clog is smaller than the other so I can wear them. They both say the same size but they are not. I've even had co workers that wear the same size as me try them on and we are all in agreement the right one is smaller.

Product size is not like the other crocs! SIZE 12 is like a size 11. When I asked for help from the customer support team all I got was you can resell them and here is a 25% off coupon. I was appalled by the response.

They came warped and when I went to see if I could get a new pair mind you I've never worn these they told me I could only get a refund of 15% of the order and these weren't cheap I was not happy with my order and I can't wear the crocs so I'm stuck with crocs I love but can't wear whatsoever they came in a bag too mot even a box

Came damage, and cannot be worn

I bought these exact crocs on vacation in AZ two weeks ago. At the airport my strap broke on my right croc. I contact crocs and the online agent was extremely rude needed a receipt and I don't have one because I was on vacation. I own 8 pairs of crocs and this never happened. The agent exited chat very rude and cold. She said I was away for one min when I was typing. I saved the chat for future reference. Last time I buy from here.

I own three other pairs of crocs and none of them hurt my toes like this pair does. I knew right away that the fit was different because my heel hit the edge of the shoe which has never happened before. Usually they have a roomier fit. I figured i had to break them in, but I've been wearing them to work every day for two weeks and they still feel just as stiff and hurt my toes.

I ordered a women's size 7 however I was sent a men's size 7 instead. Tried to ship them back but couldn't get a return slip.

I ordered two pair of shoes, the grey pair is fine and true to size, the brown pair which is marked the same as the grey pair seem to be almost two sizes smaller. I contacted customer service and they sent me another pair to replace the brown pair, this pair was about one size smaller than the grey pair even though they are marked the same. Something is wrong with their sizing or their manufacturing. Each pair that I ordered is a different size.

I'm not very satisfied for my crocs, it was disappointing especially since this is my first crocs purchase. The color arrived darker than I expected and if I knew beforehand, I would have bought a lighter color overall. Other than that, they are comfy but they do tend to slip off my feet.

I have so many pairs but this pair they were peeling and just don't seem like real crocs so weird! But I kept them to walk my dog

These are super cute! But the glitter appears to be a spray, on top of white clogs as now I see other reviews with same issue. I'm very disappointed to find that after wearing them for only a few times, I realized there was a chunk of glitter plastic missing off the top of my shoe. Contacted customer service only to be told, sorry, they're out of your 90 day warranty window. I didn't wear them often enough to know this in a short 90 days. But I've only purchased them 5 months ago. Crocs are nice, the glitter not so much.

They don't make them the same I have no clue on what size to order since they're very wide and big. The gray ones are the new ones

Love crocs and wear a size W8 always. I received my usual size W8 but I cannot get my foot into them. Not sure if they are marked wrong or were left in the sun.

Way too big!

I received my crocs today due to some holiday delays getting it into Jamaica. This is my second crocs from your website and this purchase is not an original crocs. It does not have the crocs logo on the inside nor on the top, it says it was made in China as opposed to Vietnam and it feels way thinner and cheaper. It feels like the knock off crocs I can get for $10 USD. The color is also much darker than what was displayed on the website

Love crocs but there customer service and delivery is the worst I've ever experienced
