After trying many pairs and styles of loafers, these in size 7 feel just fine. Haven't road-tested them yet, but walking around the house on carpeted floors has convinced me that eureka! I have a pair of shoes that suits my comfort needs and taste.
I'd also recommend:
Not sure yet as my feet are going through a new growth spurt =)

I bought these loafers for work, and chose lug soles for better traction and more cushioning.
These are true to my size 6 with loafers socks. Overall very good quality shoes.
