Poor SupportGreat Support
They need 1/2 sizes! I exchanged a 9 for a 10. Seemed like 2 sizes larger. Also the exchange process was lengthy and complicated. I returned the 10 at Whole Foods and never got a confirmation. I’m dealing with this now for hours .
