Great size and fit & quality

At first I wasn’t so sure how comfortable they were but wearing them everday they became more comforable. Great wool warm slippers with good arch support. I also have a couple pairs of Taos gym shoes. They make a great shoe.

They are wool so I haven’t worn them but they will stretch a little around the top of the arch. It’s November and I have my door open!

I have tried so many slippers, looking for the perfect ones that have support and do not make my feet sweat. These are fabulous, so comfortable and with nice arch support. And I love the wool insole.

I’m very happy with these shoes (which I’m using as slippers). I have a narrow foot, but the 9M is just snug enough and will stay on my feet. That may mean that they run a bit on the narrow side, but not sure. They look and feel really nice, plenty of sole to protect my feet on hard floors and there is room for custom orthotic (3/4 length).

Extremely well made, and the most comfortable slipper I’ve ever worn. Prior to these, I had two pairs of Haflingers, but found that they were a little loose, and the footbed continuously shedded, changing the fit of the slipper. I don’t have a narrow foot, yet I find many slippers are cut very wide, or they wind up stretching out and become too wide for me. These have kept their shape and have held up very nicely. They are on the warm side, so they get a little toasty in the warmer months.

Love these shoes/slippers. They keep my feet warm without overheating them.. it is still winter here in Iowa and I have worn these outside of course not in the snow but outside and they’ve kept my feet nice and warm , toasty in fact. I wear a size 10 wide in shoes. I took a chance and bought a pair and the fit was fabulous. Just fabulous. Support is like it is in the regular shoes which makes it so comfortable. I preferred to wear mine with the heel up because it’s just my preference and I find it more comfortable. However, having said that I do sometimes worm as a slip on with the heel down and they’re just as comfortable and they don’t flop around and I’ll tell you this shoe is not heavy. It is extremely lightweight on the feet. The wool is not scratchy it’s very soft on your feet, and I found that it is mostly water resistant . When I got the shoes, I also waterproof them with some spray. so if you’re looking for a very comfortable structured slipper shoe, definitely give these a try. I do not wear socks in mine and they still keep my feet very warm. no I had them in the summertime and I wore them outside sometimes walking my dog and the interesting fact he did not overheat my feet not at all. I just love.Taos shoes and I would definitely recommend these especially if you have white feet if it is fantastic..

Finally a slipper that is comfortable and perfectly warm/toasty without roasting my feet. And, best of all, for those who need to pop in orthopedic souls (e.g for even more arch support), this shoe has enough space in the toe box to accommodate it! My best shoe purchase in 10 years!

Unbelievable comfort! I love Taos shoes because they’re so supportive and great for problematic feet. I’m usually a size 40 in Taos shoes but after reading the reviews downsized to a 39 in these and I’m glad I did—they fit perfectly, and I can still wear them with socks. Cozy and warm, and I like the skidproof soles.

These shoes were wonderful right out of the box. They are so comfortable that I want to wear them everyday. They are very true to size with great support.

These are a great casual shoe or slipper to wear inside and outside. A wide toe box accommodates my wide foot comfortably. The wool is cozy on my feet and keeps them warm. The reason for 4 stars on comfort is due to the "converta" heel feature. For me, the heel folded down into a "mule" style is not comfortable. It feels lumpy. I generally wear these with the heel flap up which provides more support and increased comfort. I have worn these around the house as a slipper or for a quick grocery store run.

Love these slippers and the great arch support. They do loosen as they break in so I'm glad I didn't size up. Good purchase and well made.

I honestly assumed I’d put these on and decide they couldn’t possibly be that amazing. I was very wrong. For starters, I am consistently a size 10 shoe with the occasional 10.5. I ordered a 10. They felt a tiny bit snug with a sock on. I wore them for just a very short bit around my living room and figured the fabric back may stretch a bit. They slip a little at the heel when I don’t have socks on. I quickly fell in love and have worn them every day since I put them on! I have never tried Taos shoes. My feet are so toasty and the shoes are so comfortable! I can’t say enough good things! I’m hoping for the booties for Christmas!

I love these slippers/shoes! Fashion-forward, comfortable, easy to slip into (unless you want the back up, then you'll have to give it some help), wear inside or outside, simply fabulous! I'd been wearing flip-flops inside as slippers and, as my husband told me many times....flip-flops are not shoes! Well, after tripping on stairs (upstairs) several times, I decided to search for something safer and perhaps even more comfortable. My friend brought over her Ortho Shoes to wear inside one night (we don't wear outside shoes inside) and was raving about them. Well, they weren't quite cute enough, so I continued my search and found TAOS Convertawool. Perfect, even though rather expensive....worth it!

These are gorgeous and so comfortable and supportive. Well worth the price I think. I'm an 8.5 and the 8-8.5 fits like a glove.

I LOVE these slippers! I was wearing flat slippers around the house and my feet hurt at the end of the day. These slippers have wonderful arch support. The uppers are comfortable and just took a couple days to adjust to my feet. When I first put them on, and my feet were cold, and it felt like they were too big with my feet sliding around. These slippers immediately warm up and no longer feel too big. The slippers never feel too warm, however. Although I don't wear them as a clog, the collapsable back is comfortable to get the slippers on and keeps my feet secure. I didn't want a clog because I am afraid of falling or tripping on the carpeted stairs. These have a nice firm sole that provides stability without catching on the rug. I LOVE these slippers and highly recommend them.

Really excellent slippers. Supportive. I wish the heel has a bit more structure, for me, the heel slips off ....but then it wouldn't "double" as a Slide.

They were loose on me, but I do have thin feet. I added another insole from an old pair of shoes under the insole in the slippers to tighten them and now they fit fine. Now I wear them in the house all day, and they are very comfortable. Warm, but not too hot.

Very comfortable and stylish but run big.

I loved them!!! BUT, I have to return them. I have a narrow foot and they are too sloppy on me. I they were available narrow I would definitely buy! They are a beautiful slipper.

Very comfortable, casual but sturdy, very adequate support. I am totally pleased with these wool slippers that can also pass when entertaining at home. Love them.

I've had these a few years and I absolutely love them. I wear them all the time inside during cold weather.
