I don't have a wide feet but it was really difficult to put these boots on. Returned them.

I found these boots to be tight and with an uncomfortable foot bed so I returned them. Plus the "olive" color as shown in the picture isn't quite what I got - it was a lot lighter, and I didn't like it

Ill fitting , narrow shaft , tight and tough to get into , bad purchase, outlet store will not take return , really upsetting

The pair of shoe are even. The right one is higher than the left one. I felt uncomfortable after the first use and then found out this issue. I had bought it before the price was down and could not return it. Disappointed!

Beautiful shoe, would've loved to keep it, but it is so stiff I could not even get my foot in it to try it on.

The boot was narrow and I could feel the plastic supports in the heel part of the boot. It was not at all comfortable for me.

Worst purchase I ever made with Cole Haan

One size too small. Had to return them since they didn't fit.

I ordered my normal size. It is much smaller than the other boots I have ordered. It was a waste of money because they are non- returnable. I can't wear them. :(

Give boot but not comfortable at all. Hard to walk in.

I'm disappointed with zipper getting into boot. Positioned wrong on side! Awful! Zipper silver other details gold! Tacky! Worst product ever!

I've always bought 7.5 in Cole Haan and although they are a sharp-looking shoe, they were extremely hard to get on. I wore them 3 hours the first time and although concerned about the snugness, I persevered. My feet were very sore, but I noticed pain in the balls of the feet the next day for a whole week. Put these shoes on again and instantly realized it was these shoes causing the pain. I can't walk a minute in them now. Waste of money and extremely disappointed in Cole Haan.

I wanted to love these! but they ran small so back they went!

I am giving it a 1 even though I loved the boot. I have a high arch and couldn't get my foot in. A zipper would make this a perfect boot.
