Fit true to size. I am absolutely loving these shoes. Perfect for wide feet and meant for toes to splay how they do when you are barefooted. As a hairstylist and on my feet all the time I needed something that would be comfortable. Crocs were always my go-to but I wanted to give something else a try. I've read that barefoot shoes can improve your foot strength by up to 60% by retraining them. I was amazed when my foot stopped hurting like it was. I definitely plan to get a couple more of their styles if my feel continue to do well in these!

I think those are most comfortable shoes I ever had in my life! And I’m 60.
I have flat feet and bunions are just started to show up.
Those are so comfortable that I forget to take them off when I’m coming home.
Looking cute and not too big on my 9 size foot.

Im in love with the wide toe box and fit of these. I got them in purple and Im obsessed. I use them for indoor exercise in my home gym or at a studio and they are 100% perfect for my feet!! I have narrow feet and they work great.

Good shoe for minimalist who needs some protection and/or to look more conventional. Be aware that the heel/back of the shoe is very wide and cannot be tightened without tightening the instep (over the arch). I liked them, but they began to make my foot burn just in the house. I have a very high arch, so the problem was my foot, not the shoe. Give them a try. Very pretty in purple!

Fit true to size with wider than usual toe box. Extremely comfy right out of the box, but lacing is a bit odd and the rise at the ankle is very unflattering.

I have bunions on the outer sides of my feet (Baby Bunions). I ordered these because they were advertised as having a wide toe box, which is necessary for this issue. I wear a medium width and still felt they were hugging my pinky toes a little too close. They are cute, but had very little arch support. I am returning them and going with a different brand.

Just the shoes I needed to learn how to walk properly again. Barefoot shoes remind you not to heel strike so hard, and to put your weight over your feet, not swinging forward from heel strike to heel strike. While I'm not keen on the style, these fit very well, and I use them without the included insole. I'm dealing with arthritis, and proper walking improves my health.

They fit well. But I was worried about how they'd feel in the long run.

Size and fit very good. Roomy fit for toes. They look wide but fit is correct. The feel of negative heel does need getting used to, however I do see how this shoe is good for balance, especially over uneven ground. So far so good

These shoes are great if you are headed out and about, but not enough cushion if you will be standing on a hard surface all day. The zero drop keeps bunion pain away, but my feet were achy from the lack of cushion after a day of work.

These fit beautifully and are really attractive. I've only worn them a bit around the house at this point. I read that you must get used to this type of shoe gradually. I'm really not sure if I should keep them given that I previously made sure I had excellent arch support and these literally have none. It's like walking in bare feet, which of course is the idea. I just am uncertain if I will acclimate to these to the point that I could wear them out all day and feel good? I will update the review if I decide to keep them, but decided to go ahead and review at least that they are super comfortable -- almost like a slipper feels and really cute. I love the wide toe box.

Very wide for a medium width. Great shoe but couldn't make it work with a medium thick sock plus full insert.

Trying these as my previous 'barefoot' sneakers' new model is narrower than the models I own - I have wide forefeet (plus a bunion on one foot) and narrow heels. While I would like an ever so slightly wider toe box, these were comfortable right out of the box, and worn yesterday at work (elementary teacher assistant) followed by several hours mostly on my feet for college football game parking, with no (!) issues. They are secure on my heels, and have enough room around the toes to accommodate width (and bunion!) comfortably. Likely will buy another pair in a different color.

I have tried and own and love one other brand of zero drop shoe, Lem's (not sold on Zappos). So this is my comparison. This shoe is just not as foot conforming or natural as Lem's. It felt clunkier and not responsive. Highly recommend Lems however. The problem buying from Lems is shipping. Takes a week and returns are not free but $8. And they are very careful and particular about taking shoes back, while Zappos is much more liberal.

I ordered these at the size zappos recommended and they are too small. I usually wear a 6.5, and purchased a 6.5, but they feel half to a full size too small.

Yes, these shoes are like going barefoot. But it's a noisy kind of barefoot! The plastic soles on these shoes makes you sound like you are wearing dress shoes!

Returned. The fit as far as length was perfect. I ordered 5.5 and I typically wear 5.5-6 (sometimes a wide to accommodate high volume feet (high arch, high instep)). The width was fine. The feel when walking around house was good. I am used to barefoot shoes so knew what to expect as far as no arch support, no cushioning. While they fit and felt fine they looked so bad on my feet. There is an excess amount of padding built in around the ankle and around heel and it made my feet look so weird and heavy. I just couldn't get past that so back they go. I wish I had snapped a few pics but they are already packaged back up. I'll go with a shoe I know which is Lems sadly Zappos does not carry. In my opinion, the laces should be longer. I barely had enough to tie one bow and I'm used to double tying my laces. Again this comes from someone with "high volume" feet so I need some extra lace but the laces feel very very short. Tongue coverage was good which sometimes can be lacking for my foot.

Robin's Egg Blue color is really nice. I wanted to like them, as I love Xero's sandals, but fit wasn't for me. I am a 7 and ordered a 7.5...length was good but fit around the toes and midfoot felt like I was wearing straight-sided oblong boxes on my feet, not foot-shaped shoes. Also material felt bulky and stiff around the heels and midfoot. Front of the soles also curled up too much which lifted my toes off the floor when standing, lessening the "barefoot" feeling these are supposed to have. Thanks Zappos for letting me try on. Perhaps these would work better on someone with wide feet.

So disappointed in these ... much too wide ... "cut" into top of foot where toes bend ... could not lace them tight enough ... zero stability ... back to the NB minimal shoes. Thank you.

So, I got a pair for my husband. Super comfortable, he loved them. But! They barely lasted 3 months. No hiking or anything crazy, just work-home. I can not believe it. Considering this is not a cheap shoe. Feels like such a waste. Won’t buy again. I also saw someone saying theirs lasted a month and a half. Very sad. I have a pair of sandals, and those are so far alive after 2 summers.

I've been looking for a replacement to my beloved minimus shoes. These are not it. My minimus shoes are light and comfortable. These feel clunky. The soles are oddly stiff and thick feeling for barefoot shoes. Definitely felt the shoes and had to adjust my gait for them. The top of the shoe bent into my foot at the bottom of the laces. Shockingly uncomfortable.

These shoes seemed awesome - I needed them to be light, with a super-squishy foot bed (did not care about arch support) - which they are, out of the box. However, after walking for ONE DAY, the foot bed has completely flattened to a thin, non-squishy layer. Ridiculous.

These initially felt comfortable. I walked around inside then kept them on while in my office for a couple of hours. Not good. There is a hard piece of plastic/rubber you can see on the external instep. Just sitting then getting up, it felt like my instep was bruised. These have good reviews but they may not work. Give yourself a long enough try-on time and include just sitting. Hope they work for you because they are very light.
