I wanted a low boot that was waterproof and comfortable. The Carmen Chelsea boots are perfect. I haven't tested out the waterproof feature much, but they were comfortable the first time I wore them. I'm able to wear them walking all around. They are a more casual look than other boots I own, and that works for me. I usually wear a 9 or a 9 1/2, have a narrow heel, and the 9 1/2 fits great. I hope to buy another color in the future.

These are spectacular boots. They run slightly narrow. I'm usually a 7.5 or an 8 and went with the 8's for these; the 7.5's were too narrow.

These are a classic and beautiful Chelsea boot. Very happy with the purchase, but do wish I would have sized up one half size.

I love these! The is the only pair of boots you need. Can be dressed up or down, all-day walking comfortable, and I get compliments every time I wear them. The style is so classic.

Skeptical about this new brand but I love them. Despite reviews, I ordered my true size. On first try on, they felt too snug but on second try, they felt just right. I do have narrow feet so they felt good on the foot and a tiny bit loose in the heel. But nothing uncomfortable / that rubbed. I LOVE these boots. Already getting complimented.

I have wanted a pair for at least 3 years, and I finally bought them. I love them. They are comfortable and didnt take very long to break in. I cant wait to buy my next pair!

Oh there are just too many good things to say! Ordered it online and came really fast. Once you open the box, they smell divine! It came in with shoe dust bags. Perfect fit and its just oh so soft! Not to mention I got it on sale!! L O V E them!!

I purchased these to replace my Madewell Chelsea boots and these are an incredible upgrade. The leather is gorgeous, the boots are so well made, and I receive endless compliments whenever I wear them. It did take me two full days of wear to break in but I ordered my normal size and have no issues. To me, these are a great investment and worth it.

Bought these for my girlfriend, who has had 20 foot surgeries. She was formerly in the fashion industry and cares about as she says, " always looking cute". The problem is everything hurts her feet. When we go out whether in boots or shoes, she typically is in pain within an hour. She received her Nisolo boots several days ago and has only taken them off to go to bed. The good news for Nisolo and her is she is already a raving fan. The bad news for me is how many new pairs she has me ordering for her.

I wanted comfortable every day boots that are classic and stylish with a bit of polish. These are the boots for sure. They are very well-made and are comfortable right out of the box (ordered my usual sizeperfect). I got the brown, which is a rich cognac brown, and would have preferred a dark brown, which Nisolo doesnt offer in this boot. I am on the fence regarding returning, since this is truly a beautiful boot that fits well. For reference, I am a size 10.5W and ordered the 11.

I was hesitant to purchase because my feet are on the wider side and was worried these would be too narrow. However, I ordered size 10 (my normal size) and they fit great! They are actually really comfortable. There was an issue with a scuff on them when they arrived, but the customer service was great and handled it in a pleasing way. Hope they last for years to come!

The color is gorgeous, and they are very comfortable. I will be buying more shoes in the future.

They felt tight going on, but they were broken in within 1-2 days of wearing. They are keeping their shape better than other Chelsea boots Ive purchased. They are very well made and I wear them daily.

The brown Chelsea boot is THE boot! Gorgeous leather, quality made. They are just a beautiful classic boot, all around. Took a few wears to break them in, and now I never want to take them off!

These are so beautiful and high quality! I love how the insole is cushionednow in comparison, my other direct to consumer boots are really really hard. Im a true 8.5 and these were a little tight at first but I expect them to expand.

I finally pulled the plug and purchased these boots. When they arrived I was amazed by the high quality leather and beautiful craftmanship. These boots are not only beautifully made but wear very well. Am now looking at options in brown.

Love the boots. Love the quality of the product. Feel secure with the rubber soles. Width could be a little wider but just about have them broken in and they have loosened up.
