Got blisters within minutes of wearing a pair.

These shoes are so cute, but they are more difficult to break in than Frye boots. I’ve had them for a month now and I can’t seem to break the leather in no matter what I try. It’s a shame.

Ordered normal size 9-way too small. Returned and ordered 9.5-way too big. Have read sizing is “iffy”. Will return and try one more time for a proper size 9. At $138 should receive a shoe that is true to size.

The fit on these shoes is accurate. I am finding the leather very stiff, however, which makes the shoes uncomfortable to wear. Got a blister from wearing them a few hours.

Returned quickly. Didn’t feel balanced on my foot (felt like my foot was leaning sideways) and the color was super pale.

I so wanted these to work, as they are a beautiful shoe and so like huaraches I had many years ago. However, they were just too painful in toe box for my left foot (bunion issue) - not something that could be eased over wearing time. This was true for both size 7.5 and size 8. I have other Nisolo shoes/boots that fit beautifully (7.5), so this was extra frustrating.

I thought from a review would have support ..did not have enough for me...my sandals have more support

I really liked the look of this shoe, but unfortunately the back kept cutting into my heel. I thought about keeping the shoe with the hope that it would eventually break-in, but the price was too high to risk it.

I love the look of this shoe. It appears to be well-made, as well. However, I am a true size 7; and have been for years. I ordered them in a 7 and they were far too big. I ordered them in a 6.5 and they were even larger. I give up. If they fit, they will look wonderful on you! Good luck.

Says to size down....my toes were crunched; so the fit is true to size but I don't agree with sizing down

These are very stiff! Not sure if I will keep them.

I wanted to love these, but alas my gnarly toes did not. They rubbed on the top and since it was not smooth, they wanted nothing to do with these shoes. So sadly they have to go back.

I usually wear a 6 but they were too big. The 5 was way too small. I need these in a 5.5 but it's the only half size they don't make, which makes no sense. Too bad because they're stylish and seem like they'd be comfortable.

Runs large! I usually wear a 7.5-8 and got a 7.5. They were too big! Quality seems fine but nothing special.

As many other reviews mention, one show is way smaller than the other one. I reorder my regular size and I was lucky on the second pair. I love the look, however I there is no arch support, insole its hard, outsole dents look like it will last the pass of time and they are not very comfortable., but I keep them to wear them sporadically during the summer months. This is definitely the most expensive not mega comfortable shoe I ever purchased.

This is a nice shoe but just not for me. It's flat with no cushion. It is totally casual and not a slimming shoe.

There was no cushioning in the footbed so I had to send back.

These sandals are beautiful and I wanted to love them, But...I am not willing to take a chance that I will not be able to break them in before the return period is over. They are hard and stiff. True to size.

Super super cute but they were a little loose for my feet and I knew theyd only grow larger over time so I had to return them. The almond color is also significantly lighter than expected based on the photos.

While these are adorable on, they rub and are very stiff on the heel to the point where I can't where them if I know I have to walk somewhere. They are now just standing around shoes only for me unfortunately. Any tips?

After so much back and forth, I ordered these in two different colors in my normal size 9. It says to purchase your usual size, so I didnt size down. Upon opening, the brandy was visually lovely. I tried it on, and it fit just fine, perhaps even a little big. The shoe felt very wide (and I have flat feet). My feet tend to swell after a long work day so I figured maybe this size was fine. For the next few days after, quite honestly, the shoes feel a little chunky. Like a lot of material. I dont feel so dainty in them, I feel the cut is a little heavy, with the rounded toe and plenty of material covering my foot. The cut of the top of the shoes comes up a bit high. There is zero cushion, and its a very flat shoe. Now, I also purchased the natural vanchetta as its a lovely color, but once on, the shoe felt so chunky, it was big on my foot length and width wise. With every step I took, the material rubbed against itself and squeaked loudly. Im returning the vanchetta as it had several flaws on the leather and shoe as well. If they made this shoe with a few changes, fix the width, removed some of the material that covers the top of my foot, I think Id like it. For the price, I just really hope it holds up and doesnt continue to stretch out.

These are gorgeous and high quality and I appreciate the functional rubber outsole that makes them seem super durable and like they will last for years. I would give them 5 stars but I'm very disappointed to find that they run small, specifically short in the length. I wear an 11, which is already the top of the sizing range and they feel very short and tight. There's no issue with the width, just the length. I really love them so I'm going to try wearing them around home to see if the leather stretches enough, but definitely sad that the fit out of the box isn't better and that there's no option to size up. It also took a long time for these to be delivered by FedEx (sat in Tracey for an entire week not moving), which is not Nisolo's fault, but I have been finding that FedEx is an unreliable shipping option compared to the other choices.

I am a size 10.5, and unfortunately Nisolo does not carry half sizes above 10. My first attempt at a 10 was far too small, so I settled on an 11, which are ok but a bit loose (and have been giving me blisters on the first couple of wears). I'm sure that they will improve as I wear them in, but I do wish that those of us with bigger feet could be served a little better!
