I love this brand, I have nisolo shoes and even a wallet that are elegant favorites in my closet, but this bag was gifted to me for Christmas and with very careful use, it already shows stains and leather discoloration that makes it look messy and used. I understand leather can age overtime, but this light tan color has no protection and looks nothing like it does in the photos above with very little use. I am disappointed in the quality and feel like a bag this expensive should last more than a few wears.

The quality is lacking. It was already losing its shape when it arrived. Vastly overpriced youre paying for their marketing. Also, this company needs to get with modern sizing customers have been begging for more inclusive shoe sizes for years and have been ignored. Bummer.

Quite frankly, the bag is just OK. The top flap which closes the purse is an unstructured flap of leather which shape is easily distorted. The stitching of the product is much more noticeable than I expected and comes a bit undone with light use, which seriously cheapens the sleek minimalist look advertised online. Because of the poor packaging (shipped in a box too large, sealed with a single piece of packaging tape, with bag not stuffed all the way to retain its shape) the box was crushed in shipping and the bag was pinched at the top flap, which left a lasting crease in the leather. Moreover, the bag I received came with one of the holes for the metal clasps unpunched so, essentially, I cannot adjust the length of the strap (the unpunched hole is one of the middle ones). After attempting to resolve the issue and request store credit, since I was not interested in shipping the bag back for a return or exchange, I was notified nothing could be done unless I shipped the bag back. I wound up just keeping the pinched and mis-manufactured bag with no compensation. Overall a really disappointing purchase, especially considering the hefty price.

The purse is elegant, but I am disappointed about the quality of the material. One of the bottoms broke less than an year after I purchased the purse, so the straps are hanging by one bottom and constantly getting messy.

The Clara Crossbody has some good points: great size, and attractive design being two of them. Sadly, I had to return this bag as the leather bubbled up and leave marks when I happened to be crossing a parking lot and it started to drizzle. The marks formed nearly immediately after less than a couple minutes. The bag should come with a warning to waterproof before using. Also, the smell of the leather dye when the bag first arrived was so incredibly strong that I had to air it out for over a week. Bummed this didn't turn out to be the bag I had hoped!

Dear Nisolo, I just received my Clara bag, thank you. A few things come to mind. Packing a purse for shipping: a structured purse should ALWAYS come stuffed with paper to keep its shape. Your bag arrived semi-crushed from the shipping process because it was shipped empty. As a result, the top of the bag is crushed & the strap now has all kinds of kinks in it. I'm hanging it up hoping they will naturally straighten out. To reshape the bag itself, I'll probably have to stuff it with paper for a few weeks & hope for the best. Incidentally, I always store my bags with crumbled paper inside to hold the shape of the bag. I thought everyone knew this. Shipping it empty is beyond my comprehension. About the strap: a little narrow for a bag of this size. If I put anything more than my wallet, cellphone, & my sunglasses inside, the strap digs into my shoulder. The smaller bag I'm replacing it with has a wider band that's finished on the inside. Even using it across my body will be uncomfortable after a day in NYCunless I keep the contents light. Disappointing. I would just return for an exchange but my last return took over a month to receive a refund & I just don't have time to go back to the Post Office to mail. I'll just fix it myself. I should have returned the purse. The leather is two different colors due to fading.Ive had many leather purses and none have this color distinction that looks bad. The flap over the purse does not hang correctly. Inside looks very unfinished. Definitely NOT worth the price. Again, I should have returned, but was traveling and missing the window of time.

I was so excited to get this in black! When I unboxed this I was overwhelmed with the strong, unpleasant smell. A total toxic chemical smell was the last thing I was expecting. I was asked by a member of my family what that horrible smell was a few minutes later. As I was in love with the shape, I decided to brave it anyway and try it on, hoping it would air out. It looked really cute on me. I went to adjust the strap and the fell entirely off and wasn't able to be reattached. When I was trying to fix it, the smell was overwhelming me and making dizzy. It just stinks too bad. I am going to look for a similar shape elsewhere that doesn't smell and fall apart.

Received the purse and loved it but not the scratches and feeling that it was used. Sent it back with a request for an exchange. Expected a quick turn around but now it's out of stock until May. Will see in May how it looks.

I purchased this cross body purse, a necklace, a bracelet, and a pair of dari boot. All others I love so much but not this purse. When I got the purse this is looks like a used purse, in the front has two big scratches. I was so exciting to get this purse because I love the design a lot, but now I get so disappointed and I need to return this purse.
