Huge arm holes. Plus-sized women may have big arms, but we don't have huge armpits. And we are more likely to need sturdy bras that don't look cute and sexy when exposed. And I already own plenty of tank tops with huge arm holes to wear over my sports bras when I exercise. I had hopes for Madewell because the photos showed the tank not being worn as workout gear, but it's yet another brand whose plus-sized tank tops have huge arm holes that can't be worn neatly over a regular bra. Otherwise, nice light cool material that drapes well. It's a shame it has to go back.

My regular size is a 2X, but I wanted it loose, so I ordered a 3X and it fit well without the V style being too low cut. It’s not as long as I would like it to be (I prefer tunic length), but I’m wearing it underneath sweaters and cardigans. I love Madewell’s cotton T-shirts; I own four of them. They are so soft and breathable. It feels like I have nothing on. Sometimes at work they turn off the AC and while everyone is hot I’m cool. I would have given it 5 stars for style, but I gave them a 3 because I would have liked it a bit longer. The 3X is about 28 inches long. I like my shirts to be between 30-32 inches.

Pretty indigo color, lightweight fabric, nice flowy fit. Perfect for southern summertime.

I bought these to sleep in for the summer so the large armholes don't bother me. But the fabric is so lightweight, it's almost see through! I wouldn't wear it in public without a good, opaque sports bra. Thank you Zappos for carrying more plus sizes for both men and women!!
