opening small with top and back flaps higher than usual leaving the hole smaller to slip your feet in. A shoehorn didn't help. The small opening is the issue. Perhaps a snap or zipper would help.

Sadly too tight and too tiny to even fit into! Very disappointing. I've loved all my New Balance shies in the past, but I can't even fit into these

I normally wear a 11 1/2 2D but the 11 1/2 wide was too narrow for my feet.

The heal of these shoes is not secure, I had to send the shoes back to New Balance. I have very narrow feet, heal slippage is a common problem for me.

I like the idea of a cloth back, but unfortunately you give up support. The shoe constantly slips, unless you have extra thick socks in.
