These slippers are warm and comfortable. They fit a little on the large size but all in all, they’re great slippers.

These are nice slippers and seem to be well made, but in my opinion they are way over priced. I have plantar's fasciitis and need good support. It has been impossible to find a good, supportive slipper that won't flare up the PF. Although these slippers don't have a removable insole, there is enough room in them to add one, and once I put my Aetrex insoles in they seem to be working for me. They're warm and cozy, and now have plenty of arch support thanks to the added insole. However, the price of these slippers, plus another $75 for orthotics, makes them outrageously expensive for me. If they had good arch support of their own and didn't require me to add additional support, I would give them five stars.

The slipper is very soft and cozy, but it's just too big and I can tell that a size smaller would be too small. They need to make these in half sizes. I have their shearling lined boots in my usual 7.5 and they are perfect, but these slippers just don't work.

I love the look of these and they are plush feeling and soft. I'm a size 8.5 so I ordered a size 8 and it was too short. I would try a size 9 but there is not enough cushion or support. They are beautiful and cozy but my high maintenance feet need more support. Had to send them back.

I wish they fit! They would put Ugg slippers to shame but they were way too wide for me.

Very comfortable slippers. They are great quality, and well crafted. I have wide feet so they felt a little snug at first but after wearing them they are perfect.

Cute slippers but the footbed is flat, there is no arch support (I bought these to replace my Uggs because I wanted arch support). These are not warm like Uggs, probably because there is no shearling on the footbed.

I wear an 8 in regular shoes. I got these in a 9. The size was fine but the width isn't sufficient enough to allow proper air circulation to keep the front of my feet warm. It's got some cushioning but I wouldn't call it arch support. For style, I like that it slipped on and the overall look of the shoe is cute. I also like the stiffer sole. Since they don't live up to their main purpose, which is to keep my feet warm, I've decided after a little waffling to return them.

Not nearly as warm as hoped. Added a shearling liner & that helps. Ridiculous to have to do that for the cost. I like Old Friend much better. About the same price & much more durable. The shearling is shedding like crazy from the cuff. So there's lots of bald spots after a few years wear.

I wish they came in half sizes. The 9s are loose and sloppy. The 8s are too tight. I can't find another attractive fleece lined leather slipper. I don't want a mule and Ugg apparently has discontinued their full slipper for some heavy lug soled stiff uncomfortable items. I can't call them slippers and I don't think they are shoes.

Too small - I’m a true to size 7.5 and sized down to a 7 based on reviews. They were too small. Would have like the fluffy/fur carried into the inside. Liked the rubber sole but just couldn’t make them work.

I already have these slippers in black, which I purchased last year. When I saw the grey ones on sale I purchased them to have a backup pair. Unfortunately, they were defective. The fur cuff around the top was not symmetrical on both slippers. The cuff on the left slipper was up, exposing a large part of the leather beneath and looked odd next to the right slipper. I tried pulling it down but it wouldn't stay. Very annoying. I don't know what happened to Zappos. they were always great, but lately, I'm getting more defective shoes than not.

These fit perfectly and I love them. So very comfortable. Beautiful too!

because of issues with ankles and shoe gives no side support, I worry about rolling my ankles. Also my foot just slides forward in shoe

The fit was good, but for me there was no arch support. I suffer from multiple foot issues, and I have high arches. These provided no support for that.

The shoe construction was fine with the exception of not enough arch support. I felt flat-footed while walking around the house in them. I even added an SAS removable insole to them, but it still didn't help. Would love the shoe if it had the appropriate arch support for my flat feet. They also need to make a wider slipper in this style for those of us with wider feet. I ordered up in size but the slipper felt a bit too narrow. Would have kept it if it had great arch support.

I wear a 9. I ordered a 9. I was sent a size 8. I was disappointed until I put them on. After the first few minutes of feeling tight (but not short), my feet worked their way into a perfect fit. They stay snugly on my feet but aren't tight. They don't flop around. The footbed is soft and cushiony, the inside is super soft and nicely warm but my feet don't sweat. The smaller size is perfect for me. They are also cute. I love these slippers!

Sloppy.

This slipper fits the purpose of warming my feet on cold winter days; however, there is absolutely NO arch support. This is disappointing. It makes them a comfort slipper, but not one that works for prolonged standing.

Very cushy and comfortable. Much more structured than my previous slippers, which is exactly what I was looking forward. The only problem is that my help came out with every step so I'm going to get the next size down.

I love the style but description says shearling lined. Only the top of the slipper is shearling lined. The footbed is a different material. I prefer all shearling lining.

Fit was fine. The footbed is totally flat.

Because they're a lower profile slipper, I thought I would prefer these over something else I've worn for aeons. After wearing these for a few months, I'm disappointed for 3 reasons-- 1) the sole is not as sturdy as Old Friend; 2) they are not as warm as Old Friend slippers; & 3) the black-dyed shearling stains my feet &/or socks so they always look dirty. Wish I'd stuck with my tried & true brand but didn't because of reviews saying the quality had decreased.
