these are beautiful shoes-- the heel is just too high so unfortunately going back.

They are too narrow in the toe box for me but they are nice shoes

They seemed narrow through the toe box area. They felt uncomfortable just in the trying on.

I bought a size 8 through DIllards too and they are killing my feet. I wish they had half sizes.

Loved but returned My feet: Wide, flat, plantar fascitis, bunions, pain. I have the best luck with Dansko shoes, but I do own a few pairs of Born. I like the Born style better than Dansko, but I always prefer the Dansko fit. Pros: They check all the boxes: Cute, comfortable, stylish, unique, wide enough, enough arch support for me. I really wanted to love them. Cons: The back strap was very fussy. There are 2 parts to the strap, with one part lying ontop of the other. They do not lie flat and they get all twisted up. The strap didn't say up on my heel, and it ended up under my heel, all twisted. After wearing them around the house for a just a few hours, I knew I would not wear them anywhere because I was constantly having to adjust the placement of the strap and I constantly had to untwist it. They were just too fussy. I thought about cutting off one of the straps, but they are a system that has to go together in order to close. I thought about having another hole punched so I could make them really tight, but they were already tight, and still slipped under my heel and making them tighter would not have solved the problem, and it would have caused other issues, such as interfering with the buckle.

AWFUL!!!!!! This shoe caused me EXTREME PAIN!!! (ie the reason I'm returning them). I can't return them fast enough. I have never had a shoe to give me such discomfort and my foot still hurts 24 hrs later.

Loved the way these shoes looked but that’s as far as it goes. The worst part of all was just trying to get them on. The heel strap is some kind of awkward double strap thing that was impossible to easily put on. So disappointing from Born.
