For context, I have wide feet and high arches so if that doesn't describe you, this review won't apply. I really wanted these boots to work - they look great, have the sole I was looking for, and of course Ariat's quality. I couldn't get the boot on though due to the stiffness of the leather and the geometry of a relatively tall shaft with my high arches. I thought the elastic would stretch enough but in the end it was too much of a wrestling match and I returned them.

Boots definitely aren't waterproof Water gets in frequently

Tried same size I wear in other ariat boots but can't get my foot in them. Instep won't allow me to get foot in them. Ariat boots are my favorite and own quite a few pairs. Like the look and everything and was really looking forward to trying them. Thought about a zipper? Lol

Not Impressed. Slowly loosing faith in this brand.

This product is cheaply made. Not as well as there older model boots.

Great fit I'm in transportation the heels have worn down for replacement Boots aren't 6 months old

Less than 6 months the heals have worn down to need replacing. The fit is good no problems didn't have a "break in period " I'm not ruff on my work boots I don't drag my heels when walking. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Not happy with Ariat products anymore I'm ready to move on.

The sole of the boot unglued and water goes inn I work as a driver and I only used them for six month very disappointed

Terrible product now, it gets wet quickly and the quality of the leather is nothing like the previous one. My feet smell bad.

Boots are waterproof but the heels feel off. Glued on from factory. Tried to glue them back on, only holds for a day or two.

I do not like the shoe insoles bad to tight and heavy

Very disappointed! Really like the boot but after 4 months of wear the soles at the toe of the boot is falling apart.

Still have not received my boots or any update have called multiple times no response

Call the company awful awful awful customer service rush to get me off the phone did nothing for the customer, they're sizing is not correct, You need to order an entire size down they offer no exchange program only to have to return the boots yourself after speaking with customer service for five minutes they wanted to rush me off the phone and do nothing for the customer awful. I would not recommend them

Sole litterally came apart toe of the boot within 3 months and the warranty sucks you have to send the boot in and they look at them then give you credit. What am I supposed to wear while you have my boots for work?

I have ordered these 3 times and my order has been cancelled every time by Ariat. If they don't show up the 4th time, I'm done with Ariat!

I placed an order, paid, it was canceled.. TWICE!!! i was ordering these for my husband for Christmas he wanted them so much.
