I bought these shoes about 3 months ago. I like them a lot, very comfortable and good fit, however the soles are not white. They are slightly grey or off-white. I like a crisp white sole, and these are not.

They are not smooth, shiny leather like in the pictures. I have not tried waxing them yet to see if I can make them shine.

Unfortunately, The sizing was not accurate for my needs. I liked the style and design, but returned the shoes.

I bought these with the hopes they would fit a wide foot. Unfortunately, they were much too narrow. I could not get my foot into the shoe.

One of the downsizes about purchasing shoes online is the fear of the size not being correct. Case in point, I ordered two different size 10 shoes. One of them was the correct size; whereas, the other was two sizes larger even though it stated 10 on the tongue. After further examination, they were made in two different countries which explains the problem.

Unlike the picture above, the pair I received had two-tone uppers; that is, the toe portion was considerably darker than the rest of the box. Had I known, I wouldn't have purchased the shoes.

After continually asking you not to e-mail, you decide a survey would be fine? I will never purchase another pair of Rockport shoes. I know you exist; I bought shoes from you. I don't need constant contact and daily reminders. I'm sorry you're so desperate to sell shoes but you lost a customer with your aggressive marketing.

I bought these shoes a few months ago in Covid. I wore them now maybe eight times. The material on the outside of the show front has come off leaving huge creases across the shoe. The quality is the worst from a company where my other experiences has been good. Do not buy thess

Just received in a pair today. Lighter color than ordered(was differently listed on box also), poor quality you can see upon holding and trying on. They were true to size, could have lived with the color, but returning as they are very poorly constructed.

Nice, well made shoes, but I odrered wide, and got wide, but they were really narrow!

Rockport sizes appear to have changed. For instance, a 7.5 should correspond to a european 40, but Rockport has it the same size as a European 40.5, so a 7.5 is really an 8 Buy 1/2 size smaller than you think

Returned yesterday. One of the shoes had a deep scratch on the top of the toe box when taken out of the plastic bag covering the shoe in the shoe box.

Had the shoes for a week. Only wear to work (sit at a desk most of the day) and the upper of the shoe has split away from the sole on the side of the shoe.

The quality seemed cheap. I immediately returned them. I'm still waiting for my return to be processed.

terrible shoes..been wearing rockport 40 years..taking my loss on these..started "scuffing"from day one.

Wide does not mean wide, bad fir, returnedthem immediately.

Ordered size 8, usual size but they were almost two inches too long past my toe. I returned them
