Great shoe

Excellent look comfortable shoe.

These shoes are beautiful, i used to buy them many years ago when they had all the nails in the heal and had that steel wedge which made it durable but made you slip a lot. Great quality, I haven't been out with them yet but around the house they fit perfect to size. I'm a 10 EEE. Would highly recommend. Look for discount coupons.

I've worn these twice now, and I love them. I was leaning towards Allen Edmonds when I was searching for my next pair of shoes but I went the Imperial and I'm glad I did.

Worth every penny, you can just tell these shoes are quality. Nice to be able to afford this caliber. Thanks Florsheim! Looking forward to another pair!

I like these shoes because they're so well made and they're old-fashioned

I know the Kenmoor line has a rep for initially being stiff with a hefty break-in period, but I don't find that to be so. These are my third pair. I have the original in black and black pebbled and now the Cognac Kenmoor II. All were pliable enough on day one not to be uncomfortable. They are, in fact, overall and in the long term the most comfortable dress shoes I've had.

I love this shoe, it's strong and looks cool! I recommend you get one.

Great shoes

This is my second pair of Imperials. This new pair is to be converted into golf shoes by the local shoe guy. I've played golf in Imperials for the lots of years they are a great platform from which to hit the ball

Great Shoes!

Top quality and great looking shoe. Fit is right on for length and width but like all good leather sole shoes will require a minor break in period to realize their ultimate comfort. Highly recommend spending the extra money for a show of this quality

So I decided to invest in some Goodyear Welt Imperial's ($225 each) after researching many brands over the Holiday's. I know Florsheim gets some critisism for "selling out" as they were some of the most respected shoe manufacturers in the U.S. from their inception in Chicago in 1892, until they started outsourcing their shoe production to mainly India in the '90's. (yes, these Imperial's I ordered were Made In India). This does not seem to matter because out of the box, they are very comfortable, high quality and sturdy. Also of note, during my research, most knocking the Florsheim brand came from those reviewing their $90-$130 shoes that use a more common Blake Stitch, or something similar, and have rubber or synthetic Sole's as opposed to the Imperial's leather Sole's and Goodyear Welt. I have worn the Black pair of Wingtips about 5 times now and love them. They feel extremely sturdy and well made. The quality is felt, and heard thanks to the sturdy construction and well-built heel that produces a nice "clunk" sound while walking on hard surfaces. I notice onlookers at the coffee shop I frequent in the mornings on my way to the office casually admiring them, which is always nice in a world of many different forms of shoes. I'm happy with my purchase of about $450 for both which includes the shoetrees. Looking forward to many more years of quality wear in these shoes. **Also of note, when my Cognac pair got to me yesterday, about 2 weeks after ordering my Black ones, I noticed that the heels of the Cognac's had 12 nails as opposed to the Black's 8 nails. Perhaps one of the Indian cobblers at the factory had some extra Naan flatbread before his/her assembly of the Cognacs?

I am very proud of my shoes, I use them for home or to go out , when ever I want to feel amazing, they are the right size, great quality, perfect color, I also want to get the red ones, once you go Florsheim you never go back,

Florsheim really can make good quality and sturdy shoes. And they are going with the time. My purchase is for 10 years use!!!! And it will stay in good shape, believe me!!!!

Great Shoe; luv the wide width.

I am quite pleased with my Kenmoor IIs; they look great, and are really comfortable. Coming out of the shoebox they were so nice looking I was almost afraid to try them on, but I did, and fit is right on point. The uppers and soles have a real high-end feel to them. I am hoping to get many years' wear out of this pair. Thanks to Florsheim for continuing to make classic shoes.
