Hello, been a Timberland customer for many years. These boots were purchased at the beginning of Dec. and worn for the 1st time yesterday. It's cold outside, and these aren't keeping my feet warm.

The product is great. Felt a little disappointed that I got a display product, and was not offered a new pair instead.

I had these boots for 2 months, when a water leak appeared. I don`t know if it was the model problem or these boots specifically. The shop owner in Israel, Michael from Rishon Le-Tsion shop, explained to me that he can`t guarantee its quality for more than 3 months. I was disappointed because I heard many good things about your company, and I paid a lot to have high-quality shoes and not for something that will leak after the first rain. He tried to fix it without success, so I asked for my money back, but it took me about 1.5 months to have it back. Most of the winter I was without shoes. Terrible experience! The boot itself is made from soft leather, and it becomes comfortable to wear after some time. The main issue was the slippery sole - a huge problem after rain-I slipped all the time in the city. I have already described the problem with waterproofing before. 3/5. work on the sole and waterproofing.

I bought this two months ago and already the back of the boot lining has ripped and now has begun to stab and rub the back of my ankle whenever I take a step.

The adhesive on this boot didn't last 6 months. Very poor build quality, the sole is half way detached. I wish they would build better products. This is the worst boot I've used with them. Not coming back.

Sole has little to no cushion. I'm a fan of timberland hiking boots, I wear them daily. One day with these boots had me needing some time off. I expected better.

Your feet will sweat like crazy. The boot does not breath whatsoever. Cannot wear this boot at all without your feet getting soaked in sweat. Extremely uncomfortable and sad.

I bought this boots 3 months ago. I'm a bartender I thought it would be a good addition, the boots outer material start tearing and water start coming in after 3 months of use. I don't recommend this of you spect for to be useful or durable outside of the aesthetics.

These boots look great and seem well constructed. The soles look respectable however just try wearing them in the mud or snow. You might as well be wearing tennis shoes. The waterproofing is suspect as I did get water in the toe area. They offer zero traction when you need it. If you are just going for style than this is your boot. If you need them for inclement weather than find something else. These will disappoint.

These are the worst boots I've ever bought. Not waterproof at all. The whole lining comes out every time I take them off. Over priced for an imported product. Insoles are less than 1 mm thick. . I remember when Timberland's used to be a quality products, but this is a disgrace to the brand

The website says these are full grain leather. The picture is full grain leather. The actual boot received is suede. It's very ugly and looks like a dress boot instead of a casual boot.

Not good in medium - heavy rain fall. Lining above toes let's moisture in and when putting my hand in I feel the toe cap is damp. Leaves feet feeling cold which defeats the point. Not sure if it's a one off issue, but nonetheless very disappointed, as I like the style and it's comfortable enough. #sweepstakes

I was really disappointed with these boots. I tried on the moc toe version of these and then ordered the non moc toe version. They are MUCH worse quality. The sole is closer to a sandal sole than a boot sole. I would love to return these but I fear I've waited too long. Not at ALL up to Timberland quality

I ordered these in a size 10, same as all my other shoes. They do NOT fit like a 10, and the soles feel like there is no sole.

The color of boot in the photo is not even close to being accurate. When I received the boots I was very disappointed to see the color of the boot was not at all the same as the one in the image.
