The thin brown tread is peeling off the soles of both left and right heel areas by ~1 inch, so far. And I've only been wearing them around the house for about 10 weeks! Clearly defective. Unfortunately, because they happened to be on sale when I bought them, I can't exchange them for the same shoe?! Defective is defective regardless of the price. Do I have to wait for them to go a sale again to get an exchange? So ridiculous.

First off, I'm not sure why you claim to be disappointed when all of this is within your control. It's your "warranty", you set the policy. The fact is the soles of these shoes peeled away within two weeks of purchase and multiple photographs evidencing this were shared with your customer service team. I cannot comprehend why your company would require 10 days to evaluate such haphazard and obviously defective craftsmanship. I am the one who should be disappointed considering the lifespan of these shoes was merely two weeks. I'd give these zero stars if I could.

I would not recommend these shoes. Within two weeks, the soles began peeling off of both shoes. We reached out to customer service and they said that we'd have to send them back for evaluation, and then they would determine whether or not they could replace them. Or I could buy new ones and if they determined that the should were faulty, then they could refund me. They also stated that this process takes 10 business days. The shoes that we purchased are no longer in stock so if we wanted replacements, then we have to wait for them to be back in stock. We purchased shoes that we intended to wear and now we will have to be without shoes for an indefinite amount of time. Because of the poor quality and even poorer customer service response, I would tell you to save your money and not purchase these shoes.

I wanted to love these but when I got them in my "true" size, they were way too small, and when I exchanged them for a size up, they felt ok at first but as soon as I wore them someplace other than a few steps in the house, they slide right off. I'm so bummed, I loved the colors and really hoped I would be able to wear them.

I've left a poor review about the shoes that has not been posted. After reaching out via phone and chat with customer service about returning the item, there are not providing any options for resolution. I can return the item but I won't know if it's approved until I send it back but they won't approve it bc it's past the 30-day mark - but they cannot approve or deny over the phone with me. Make it make sense. The only option they are providing customers who HATE the shoes bc they're so uncomfortable is for me to return, wait for approval (which is not going to come), get a credit and buy another uncomfortable badly-designed pair of Tevas? Let's see if this review even gets posted....

I was hoping these shoes would be easy, comfortable, slip-on shoes to run out and walk my pup. But I wore them today for an hour total - 30 mins in the morn and 30 mins in the evening - and my shins, hip and ankle are already sore from these shoes. It threw off my gait so much - Apple measured my walking asymmetry at 13% when it's normally below 1%. My heel kept slipping out of the back and the insole kept slipping backwards so my big toe was off the the insole but half my other toes were on. I needed to adjust the shoes at least 4 times in a 30 minute walk. I'm going to try to return but I've already worn them today and I threw the box out 2 days ago. I'm so disappointed.

Skip these. I purchased these thinking they'd have universal sizing similar to Birkenstocks. Instead I was sent a men's shoe with only men's sizing. I ordered a full size up from my women's size and they were still too small. My guess is these are poorly sized so they tried to market them as all gender. But it resulted in a bad fit for everyone. As for function: I bought these for apres ski thinking they'd be a light packable option. They do not pack down and take almost as much room as a traditional running shoe. Plus the various fabrics are not water proof. Making these a soggy option for the mountain and for dewy camp mornings.

Received as a Christmas gift and really liked them. Have had a chance to wear them a handful of times, still liked them. Noticed today while walking the rubber is separating and slapping up on the foam sole. Really disappointed, they lasted 3 weeks! I no longer like them.

The size I have is right, but there are lumps on really weird places on the soles. I was really excited for these, but am Not left scratching my head and searching for another solution.

Probably should have read other reviews before ordering this for a gift. After Carefully selecting the specific color and size and sending the link to my sister to order - she ended up receiving a totally different color than what I selected . I even attempted to select and copy the link twice to be sure it was the right one because every time I'd select the one I wanted and copy the link it would still show the wrong color..? The wrong color still arrived which is very frustrating . The sizing for these shoes is also confusing and the description on the website should be more accurate. I wear women's size 9 in shoes . So when I go to select the size for these shoes - it says Men's size 7/women's size 9 which you would assume I'd select size 9 right? Well after receiving the wrong color of shoe I still tried them on and wore them for about an hour . Definitely felt like I was wearing a size 8 , my toes felt crammed and it wasn't comfortable at all. I can imagine people run into this problem quite often when ordering from here. I'm hoping Teva can offer a full refund for this negative experience . I was really looking forward to having a pair of these shoes. Bummer.

Not the quality of other Teva shoes/Sandler I've bought previously. Foot bed is not supportive and truly a slipper vs a run around shoe, very disappointing.

Really comfortable and convenient footwear however after wearing them daily for about a month the bottom of the shoe is already starting to peel away from the rest of the shoe. The crazy part is that these are considered "active footwear" but I've only ever worn them around the house and to check the mail a few times. They'd be great if they weren't falling apart so soon after getting them.

I have been wanting these shoes for a while, finally purchased for a cruise to Alaska figuring they would be a perfect travel, deck & even in port shoe if it was dry. Everyone said size up, so I order an 8, WAY too big even with thick socks, I was literally stepping out the shoe. Ordered my normal 7 & they were tight with thick socks but more than warm enough on their own & seemed to fit great with just regular socks. I wondered why in the world everyone was talking about the need to size up. Get dropped off at the airport & not 10 steps in realized these shoes were awful. The back piece of material on the heel isn't strong enough to hold your foot in, so your feet just slide back while your toes try to hang on for dear life. By the time I got to my gate I was done with these shoes & ready to throw them in the trash. Thankfully I had other shoes in my carryon. They are SO cute & I wanted multiple colors especially with fall coming, I'm really disappointed. Even tried them again on ship in a more leisurely setting, still a hard no. The sizing is ridiculous & I wish I knew how everyone else was enjoying them so much *crying emoji*

Seemed great for base camp, however, fits small and absolutely didn't work with my high instep.

I like that it's not genderedit's part of the reason I bought it! But at least make the chart accurate.

Me and my girlfriend have been ordering these shoes for years now and the last two orders had major manufacturer issues (the rubber sole was peeling off the 'plush' version upon arrival and the soles didn't match on the replacement version... Meaning I think they fitted a larger sole into one of my shoes, which I don't even know how that happens). The customer service line mentioned I would have to pay for a new box and wait a month for the warehouse to process the refund before shipping out a replacement even though they were both broke upon arrival and was only requesting a replacement for one of the two orders. Overall, pretty bummed by this - Teva used to be a cool company with superior products and my latest orders feel cheap and poorly made

I only wore these around the house for one month and the fabric is pulling apart and they have small cut through the fabric. When I contacted customer service about the fabric issue their response was pay to send it back and if they accept the return I would get store credit but still have to pay new shipping and taxes so they wouldn't even send a new pair if they accepted the return meaning I would be out even more money. I recommend buying from a different and more reputable brand that stands behind their product there is are good companies in Maine and Coops that stand behind their products and make returns easy and not a gamble where even if you win you lose money.

I was looking forward to a comfortable knock around the house and run quick errands shoe. Unfortunately the soles on these were so stiff and non-cushioned that I sent them back immediately. I don't understand the thinking behind putting a rigid non-cushioned sole on a slipper/shoe.

I bought these and loved them they were comfortable, but they are falling apart after just two months of wear. I wear these around my house 90% of the time and occasionally to the grocery store threads are pulling out and there is somehow a cut in them. If you tried to wear these while camping I can't imagine they would hold up to a twig. For the price they should be more durable.

I ordered two pairs of TEVA re-emebers that were on sale at a discount. Both pairs were a disappointment. One pair was too tight and the other was too small. I have been wearing Tevas for more than 15 yrs and love every pair until this order.
