Gives off more of a fat-foot look than I thought it would. Definitely runs smaller in size.

Does keep my feet warmer on cold camp mornings but they do not feel secure at all, don't expect to move faster than a slow walk even with the back pulled up.

The elastic in the heel is essentially non-existent, my feet keep slipping out of them and I would've just bought the slipper version instead.

These shoes are the same size as the previous pair that fit perfectly but they are way too small . Why wouldn't Teva sizes be consistent? In addition, when I ordered and paid for a replacement pair I did not receive an order confirmation or a tracking number. And on the website my order does not appear . Much time spent returning, trying to find the new order, calling Teva, etc.

I ordinarily wear an 11 1/2 however the selection I wanted wasn't available in that size so I ordered a 12. When it arrived, I was amazed that I could barely fit into the shoe. When I held it up sole to sole with my 11 1/2 shoe The Teva was significantly shorter. The Teva size stamped inside said 12. I returned it for an exchange. The website indicated a 5 to 10 day turnaround. After 14 days I had not received any communication so I called and they had received my return but had not processed the replacement. After 19 days, I am still waiting.

These shoes were simultaneously too big and too small. I kept walking around in my kitchen wanting them to work, but my toes were hitting the front of the shoe and my heel would pop out of the back. Now I'm annoyed that I have to return them, haha. I love their sandals- don't love these.

Wore these 8-10 tubes and soles are falling off already. I've had very few pairs of shoes made as poorly as these.

And same sentiment as the other review that the men's/women's sizing doesn't match up with this new all gender sizing that isn't explained well. I ordered a M5/M7 and got an M5. My other two pairs are W7 and these are definitely not the same size. The previous pairs are considerably wider and more comfortable.

They sent little girls boots and made the return process as awful and possible. I will never again buy a Teva product and suggest no one every buy from them online.

Bought two pairs of shoes on Black Friday. I wear a 10.5 typically but when a company doesn't carry half sizes almost always the 10 will fit. They didn't fit and Teva won't let me use exchange without paying an additional $90. It's a shame. Won't be shopping Teva again.

If you plan to purchase during a sale, ensure you are committed to that product. I bought the wrong size during a sale, and I wanted to exchange it for a different size. NOPE! The sale is over, and now I have to pay the difference. What? This is the first time I've experienced this with any other retailer. I will not buy from Teva until they mature their customer service practices.

The part that looks like it should be stretchy, right above your arch, is not stretchy. If you have high arches it digs into your foot. No good. Low arch people have fun. High arch people don't buy

This shoe is a marvel of modern misengineering. It's mid sole and toe appear to have been modeled to fit a club-flippered walrus. Paired with a flimsy elastic heel, one cannot walk 3 steps without their foot coming dislodged even if you buy a half-size down as I had. Utter garbage. I will only grace Teva the relief of accepting my return if they also commit to planting a forest to offset the ecological disaster of this shoe line.

I've bought Teva product in the past and have been very satisfied, hence buying this product, however I'm very disappointed due to the heel cover constantly rides down, having to stop and pull it back up. They are very comfortable until you start walking in them and have to stop and pull the heel flap/covers up. They fit perfect, just don't perform.

The thin brown tread is peeling off the soles of both left and right heel areas by ~1 inch, so far. And I've only been wearing them around the house for about 10 weeks! Clearly defective. Unfortunately, because they happened to be on sale when I bought them, I can't exchange them for the same shoe?! Defective is defective regardless of the price. Do I have to wait for them to go a sale again to get an exchange? So ridiculous.

First off, I'm not sure why you claim to be disappointed when all of this is within your control. It's your "warranty", you set the policy. The fact is the soles of these shoes peeled away within two weeks of purchase and multiple photographs evidencing this were shared with your customer service team. I cannot comprehend why your company would require 10 days to evaluate such haphazard and obviously defective craftsmanship. I am the one who should be disappointed considering the lifespan of these shoes was merely two weeks. I'd give these zero stars if I could.

I would not recommend these shoes. Within two weeks, the soles began peeling off of both shoes. We reached out to customer service and they said that we'd have to send them back for evaluation, and then they would determine whether or not they could replace them. Or I could buy new ones and if they determined that the should were faulty, then they could refund me. They also stated that this process takes 10 business days. The shoes that we purchased are no longer in stock so if we wanted replacements, then we have to wait for them to be back in stock. We purchased shoes that we intended to wear and now we will have to be without shoes for an indefinite amount of time. Because of the poor quality and even poorer customer service response, I would tell you to save your money and not purchase these shoes.

I wanted to love these but when I got them in my "true" size, they were way too small, and when I exchanged them for a size up, they felt ok at first but as soon as I wore them someplace other than a few steps in the house, they slide right off. I'm so bummed, I loved the colors and really hoped I would be able to wear them.

I've left a poor review about the shoes that has not been posted. After reaching out via phone and chat with customer service about returning the item, there are not providing any options for resolution. I can return the item but I won't know if it's approved until I send it back but they won't approve it bc it's past the 30-day mark - but they cannot approve or deny over the phone with me. Make it make sense. The only option they are providing customers who HATE the shoes bc they're so uncomfortable is for me to return, wait for approval (which is not going to come), get a credit and buy another uncomfortable badly-designed pair of Tevas? Let's see if this review even gets posted....

I was hoping these shoes would be easy, comfortable, slip-on shoes to run out and walk my pup. But I wore them today for an hour total - 30 mins in the morn and 30 mins in the evening - and my shins, hip and ankle are already sore from these shoes. It threw off my gait so much - Apple measured my walking asymmetry at 13% when it's normally below 1%. My heel kept slipping out of the back and the insole kept slipping backwards so my big toe was off the the insole but half my other toes were on. I needed to adjust the shoes at least 4 times in a 30 minute walk. I'm going to try to return but I've already worn them today and I threw the box out 2 days ago. I'm so disappointed.

Skip these. I purchased these thinking they'd have universal sizing similar to Birkenstocks. Instead I was sent a men's shoe with only men's sizing. I ordered a full size up from my women's size and they were still too small. My guess is these are poorly sized so they tried to market them as all gender. But it resulted in a bad fit for everyone. As for function: I bought these for apres ski thinking they'd be a light packable option. They do not pack down and take almost as much room as a traditional running shoe. Plus the various fabrics are not water proof. Making these a soggy option for the mountain and for dewy camp mornings.

Received as a Christmas gift and really liked them. Have had a chance to wear them a handful of times, still liked them. Noticed today while walking the rubber is separating and slapping up on the foam sole. Really disappointed, they lasted 3 weeks! I no longer like them.

The size I have is right, but there are lumps on really weird places on the soles. I was really excited for these, but am Not left scratching my head and searching for another solution.
