All of the composite toe shoes that I have tried so far, they're all too tight in the toe box. It doesn't matter id you get wide width or extra wide width, they're all too tight. It's a shame Amazon is making it mandatory that all their employees were safety shoes. They are messing with one of the most important parts of you body. When you start messing with your feet, it not only affects your feet, it messes with your shins/legs, hips, small of your back all the way up your spine into your neck bones. These shoes kill my feet. If I can't wear them a few minutes at home, I know I can't wear them 10 + hours at work. I don't have anything good to say about any of the steel toes/composite toe shoes.

im usually a size 8 but i always try to get an 8.5 in work shoes because my feet are extra wide, i got the wide too and they are so comfortable. ive worked in them for a few days now and they feel amazing and theyre cute.

The air insole felt like a soft sponge or walking on air. The composite "steel toe"... I couldn't even feel while walking and the shoe does bend as you walk so you're not "clomping". I like the softness of the grey color and plan to change out different colored laces for my outfits and the seasons! The bottoms have enough grip without causing you to trip as you walk. Overall, it is a nice shoe. Wore it all day long on my shift at Amazon with no problems and in total comfort. Thanks to Zappos and Carolina for making the day.

Do not get these. The back part of this shoe is too low and whatever socks I was wearing always slid off and I would always have to readjust. It feels weird walking around these too. Makes a clackety clack type of noise when I walked no matter how mindful I was of my step. Made me feel like I was wearing tap shoes.

The shoes is great but it just didn’t fit me even though I got half a size bigger already. It was too narrow even though it says wide.

These are the worst shoes I have worked. They are not comfortable at all my feet was was hurting after one hour. Not that wide

I took a chance on buying these work shoes. I have been wearing Danner's, and they are by far, the best work shoe, but they are no longer a part of the Amazon-Zappos program. I have tried multiple brands and none have fit just right, but the Carolina Lything 1.9 fits as close to the Danner's than any other shoe I've tried. If they had them in different colors with the same discounted price, I would buy another pair. It's a good, solid, comfortable shoe.

Originally ordered the 8 1/2 W. Boxed showed it, but show showed medium. Was exchanged and what a great difference. Wore on the first day, really comfortable.

I am going to exchange these to a bigger size. My shoes were really tight and I couldn't really bend my feet in them. Plus, my pinky toe was hitting the toe protector on the edge.

It’s a bit tight around the foot but they are comfy. Still have to break them in.

The shoes fit perfectly. I love wearing them. I feel like I have a lot of support and with back issues that is important to me.

Most comfortable work show I have used. Fit perfectly. Plenty of support and cushioning for work. The ability to change the inside is a plus

Takes time,like any other shoe, to break in, but great once broken into.

The contrast color of the toe and heel detail is darker in person- giving the shoe an overall dark grey color. But they are really comfortable so I’m happy.

I like the shoes the size was right along with the width. The only thing that I found wrong is that the shoe slips up and down when I walk and it rubs on my heal. I have to send them back and try to find another pair for work.

I normally wear women's 8 1/2 , so that's what I ordered. Shoes could be more comfortable and I had to buy heel cushions because the back of the shoe was scraping my heels . Ordered wide as well but the don't feel wide , especially at the toes.
