I purchased two of these tote bags. One in Blazer Blue and it has the lovely red trim and white stitching. I then looked at the black with the red stitching and ordered that one. Much to my dismay, an all black tote arrived. I read in another review this happened and thought perhaps it was an aberration. I even took a screenshot of the bag black bag with red trim to show my boyfriend how unique it looked. I am not sure if I will keep it as I feel a bait and switch occurred.....

Love the bag and quality but it is get pink. Almost a taffy pink.

This bag is gorgeous, love the material, it's super big, lots of pockets to keep things organized, but man the color on the picture is pretty deceiving! Ordered some bags before and the colors were exactly as shown, somebody used a heavy filter on those pictures! I ordered it thinking it was something more peachy, some sort of cute salmon/lychee kind of thing, exactly like the pictures on this page btw, but It's all wrong! This bag is neon pink with some hint of orange! I'm 40 and I feel like I went back to the 80s. If you miss that decade, this peach melba color is for you!

It's a lovely bag, but it's a brighter pink than the chalk pink as described.

I bought this a few weeks back and the color is beautiful but it's way to big to use as a every day bag. This is my fourth bag and it's so much bigger then all my others

I bought this after doing a thorough and lengthy research on work totes I chose this one and the one detail that made me decide on this was the hot pink/red details on the edges near the zipper and the sides, as well as the white stitching on the black tote. I got the package today and much to my disappointment, I got an ALL Black tote, with no red details and no white stitching. This is misleading and I feel truly disappointed.

Color was a lot paler then I expected. Much bigger then I expected, very bulky. Overall not very happy with it. It's nothing wrong with it it's just disappointing.

Color not what I expected. Larger than I expected

I didn't receive the product I ordered. I received a black bag with white sewing and red strip. I live in Canada. So I can't do anything. I am very disappointed about my purchase.

Picture shows the black bag as being solid black with having black stitching. Extremely disappointed that I received a bag with beige stitching and an unattractive burgandy piping down the sides and across the top. Not as pictured. Would not have purchased this bag if the picture showed it as being this way

I purchased the black tote and online it is pictured as all black with black stitching. Arrived with white stitching and a maroonish pink ribbbing on side and by zipper. Customer service said it would assign my case and would take 3-5 days to get back to remove. Was supposed to be a gift for law school graduation. Customer service wasn't helpful.

Was so excited to get this bag! When it arrived, we noticed it was the wrong bag. Same wrong bag that was posted in the previous review. It has white stitching and red stripes along the sides. I called customer service because I didn't want the warehouse to accidentally send me the wrong one again. Second one just arrived and it is exact same wrong purse. Customer service put a note to the warehouse and I'm hoping the third time I get the right bag... Very frustrating.

The bag that I ordered looks like the one in the photo with black stitching. The bag that I received has white stitching. But the model numbers seem to be the same. My wife seems to be happy non the less with the bag. Me personally I should have checked when I received it instead of wrapping the bag for.Christmas.

Color was way more bright than the picture perceives

The color is a brighter pink that the one they display online.

The quality of the bag i didnt like. The lining inside is so cheaply made, like tissue paper. The onlh redeeming thing is the size. The leather quality is not good. Like plastic.

Zipper is cheap quality one time use zipper broken

I like the size and compartments of this bag. However, within less than a year, my straps frayed. The company told me to take it to a local company to fix. Poor customer service. I will never buy another Kate Spade purse.
