I'm so thrilled about this bag, and it's super roomie! And it's great for any occasion. You can wear it as a cross-body or just hand-held. This will be the new classic KS bag of the season.

This bag is practically perfect (great size, room for essentials, cute color) except that the largest compartment has no zipper to zip it closed, only an awkward and hard to use clip and ring. I don't like that anyone can see my wallet inside, and that things may fall out if the bag gets turned upside down.

Purchased the new color, Milk Glass, and love the warm beautiful color. However, I'm sadly returning it because of the medium grey interior on one side that I feel doesn't complement this beautiful warm creamy color. I have purchased this satchel in 3 colors, the, pink, brown, off white color, Parchment bag, and Pecan. I want this bag so much as I love the medium size , style. It's the interior color choices of all 3 why I returned these. I didn't like the violet pink interior in the multi color, and the grey in the Parchment bag. I did like the cream/ivory color in the Pecan bag , but I felt the Pecan exterior was too mushroom color and would have preferred a beautiful tan. So, this new Milk Glass , gorgeous color but the Grey interior just didn't work out. KS, I hope you read and do consider suggestions as I do want to own this bag for style, feet on bottom, size. Grey is out dated, so tired of it and boring and it's not very attractive when not fabric. Please consider this new Milk Glass again with a warm cream or light tan interior. Also, Please consider a soft ballet creamy pink handbag with cream seams, not black. with cream interior in this bag and maybe a bag like the medium Lovitt. The mini bags are just too small. Something classic that Audrey Hepburn would have used. Maybe even consider this bag in a softer creamy pink with this new Milk Glass on the sides for more interest with cream seams and interior . I would Love it and I think it would be popular. Thanks for any considerations. I'm just tired of these bright and or darker pinks.

The inside can comfortably hold a Kate Spade wallet, eyeglass case and cell phone with a few other small items.

handles could be longer

The knot medium satchel is a little smaller than I was expecting, I don't think the measurements are quite accurate which is why I gave 4 stars. It is still a beautiful bag nonetheless! Still fits all my essentials and I am happy with my purchase.

Cute bag ! I'm loving the color - I bought the yellow. And I love the inside blue contrast color as well. Really cute !

Beautiful bag. Love the mint color. Was hoping it was a little larger, but I should have read the dimensions better.

Love everything about this bag except for the size! I too looked at the measurements and photos and it is no where near the size in the photos. Don't know how they can call this a medium. I can only fit my small wallet, sunglasses, coin purse, phone, keys, mask and hand sanitizer. Lip balm in the small pocket. Forget any makeup or water. Not much else. At least it is comfortable to wear crossbody. Too bad I can't return it. I am not going to buy another one now. At least I got it on sale.

The color is not as shown, it is ligther. :(

Even though this bag measures the same as one I already own, it looks tiny. Possibly it is the shape of the top of the bag. I am disappointed in it and wish it were not final sale. Also, on the same day I received it, it is now 30% off. Very disappointed in this purchase and I usually love my Kate Spade bags.

The size is perfect, however. I'm not thrilled with it not having an outside pocket where I can store my car key fir quick acess.

This is actually a smaller then medium purse. It should say small satchel instead of medium

My wife and I are unsatisfied. This is not the first time I buy a Kate Spade bag to my wife, the reason I this brand is my one of my first options is because the leather quality is always the best, and this time she hadn't even used it for a month and it is already loosing it color. We're very disappointed.

Very disappointed in this purchase- don't like the cumbersome closure- the opening is too small- my wife cannot fit her wallet, phone and other items. It is attractive and we like the color, but other than that it is disappointing.

Love the color, love the style- but the medium size was very small. I had looked at the measurements before I purchased it, as well as pictures of people holding the purse. It was much smaller than I expected, which meant I had to buy another one, because I couldn't return it. You win on that one

I just got this bag the other day and overall I love how it looks. It is more so the quality of the bag. The handles are not sturdy at all. I am worried in the future they could break with weight. The bag is also not very structured. I hope it lasts because it was not cheap
