Because it was not wide enough to fit everything I need for everyday.

Nice size for travel, cute style. My only complaint is that I called customer service and asked if the back of the bag looked exactly like the front. They said that it did. When I got the bag, the back was solid tan. The front is white, tan and black.

I've always wanted a Kate Spade handbag. The recent sale provided just the right opportunity. Love the shade of blue. It's sturdy. I wish the strap was a bit thinner, so the bag look less rigid against my profile. Perhaps it will grow more supple with time.

Cute, pretty, but slightly small crossbody. I wanted this for travel and it holds a small wallet, an eyeglass case, lipstick, phone fits nicely in outer pocket. The appearance is great but it's just a tad smaller than I would have preferred. Nice leather. Not too stiff. If you're a gal who travels light, it's perfect.

Love, love this handbag with it's oversize insize zip pocket along with another oversize inside slip pocket. The wide crossybody strap, the outside slip pocket, the quility pebble leather and the size of this bag (smaller) made it a must-have for me. I would purchase more in camel, grey, red and medium green (if it were available). Very practical. Waited "forever" for a quality bag with a wide crossbody strap to be introduced. Here it is!

I love this bag. It's a beautiful blue and soft which is nice for a cross body. The only problem I have is that after using it five times the "K" in the pin mount logo is coming off. Is there a way to exchange this purse for one that's not defective?

Very nice color and style. Wish it was just a tad taller it is not the easiest to zip with the wallet.

The bag is cute and versatile for any outfit. However, the zipper continues to get stuck and the zipper end tab keeps popping out of the bag. I would expect the bag to not have any functional issues, considering you're paying ~$100 for it. This is the quality I would expect my Target/Walmart bags, not a Kate Spade bag. Disappointed.

I like the purse except for one problem...if I open the purse all the way the zipper tends to hang up and make it hard to zip closed.

This bag is barely wide enough for my wallet and my keys. It looked much wider in the pictures:(

Too Small

This purse is a great size and color (blue glow). Unfortunately, the strap is wider than my previous purses this size and I really miss the thin strap. The thickness makes it feel more like a messenger bag than a purse.

The color is stunning. Also, there is just enough space for your everyday essentials. However, as a previous reviewer mentioned, there is a fatal design flaw with the strap. It is held together with screws. After a month of use, during a shopping trip, the strap completely came off. Kate Spade made the return a simple process.

I wanted to love this bag I really did. My son helped me pick it out because I wanted a pop of color. It looks different in person, it's smaller and the color isn't as bright or vibrant.

The second day I wore it, the pin that was in the strap attachment came out. It was like the screw was stripped

Not happy with it. It's very flimsy.

I bought a couple weeks ago while on vacation had to return the first one due to the zipper and now my replacement seems to be doing the same. Honestly disappointed I really wanted to love this purse

The strap broke after a month.
