Love these pants but they run short (maybe because they are high waisted?). Have to send them back.

I so wanted to make these work because the quality, high waist, and pocket options are amazing. However, these are not for a "curvier" fit with muscular thighs/hips and small waist. They were too tight through the thighs which looked off with the bootcut leg style as well. The waistband was high enough to avoid the dreaded crack but I knew the waist would be too large if I sized up. #160 lbs, 5"9, ordered size 8 and the 34 in length. The length gave enough to cuff up if needed.

Maven X pants are okay. We had a rocky start as I purchased my regular size and found they were much too tight. Ordered up one size and all was good. The pockets are amazing. The fabric is a little scratchy but in time I'm sure will soften. They do stretch out a bit as the day goes on but that's kind of like your favorite pair of denim jeans. I like the way they look and perform. Did have some stitching come out around the hammer loop and pocket but repaired it myself. Been pleased overall.

Thank you for filling this need in womens work wear! Dovetails clothing line is tough, quality, functional, comfortable and cool looking. Finally, I can say goodbye to awkward, poorly fitting mens work pants. Would love to see more style and color options in your coverall designs.

These pants are a dream after trying probably 20 different brands of womens workwear, its so nice to finally have landed on a company that understands small women work outside too! These pants dont only fit perfectly in all the right areas, they are also warm and even somewhat water resistant. 10/10 recommend all around

I loved my Green Maven X's and decided to grab the saddle brown color as well. I had to return my first pair and go up a size in the brown pair because they were smaller than the green ones I have. I am 5'4, 115 lbs and the 2/28 are perfect for how I prefer my pants to fit, which is slightly loose in the legs but not baggy by any means.

I'm often on my knees on concrete floors at my jobs and I'd begun thinking of getting keypads. I stumbled upon Dovetail Workwear and really like the Maven X. I got some tactical keypads from Amazon and cut them to fit and put them in the kneepad pockets. The first time I got on my knees at work the first day of wearing them was amazing! I ditched the jeans I'd been wearing and now rotate between two pair of Maven X. My knees thank me every time I get down on the floor! The size 8 fit well and have way more pockets than I need.

Love these. Typically I wear the go-to pant, wanted to expand a bit and try something new. These being "slim leg" I went a size up and they are absolutely perfect and comfortable!!

These are my all-time favorite work pants which is why I was absolutely dismayed when I started a *surprise* period while at work and couldnt get them off in time before lets just say a monstrosity occurred. I wanted to attempt at salvaging them by dyeing them so I threw them in the wash and to my utter astonishment they came out looking like nothing ever happened!! Dovetail, I love you

These are wonderful but are too high waisted for my short waisted body and too large in the waist. I prefer pant that arent so snug in the lower leg.

These pants are just perfect. Seriously my favorite ever!

Sizing was super inconsistent. I ordered my usual size and it was way too tight, so exchanged for the next size up and it was way too big. So. Naturally, these did not work out.

I originally ordered a size 4, which I have been for years. Everything fit except for the waist, it cinched in, like for a small waist. I was a little taken a back by the fact a by woman's for woman's brand would style their pants for an hourglass figure, BUT I did like the pockets and how they fit everywhere else. So I decided to exchange for a bigger size, 6. These two were a little tight around my waist, but I could handle it. I'm an electrician and have worn my pants for the last 2 weeks and despite the size hiccup I do like them. I may try another style in the future.

These pants look awesome but run very small. All the pants and overalls Ive gotten from dovetail fit like a dream except these. I even got them a size bigger than I usually wear but they are still tighter than I like around the waist.

My favorite new work pants of all time. Ordered 0 28 in 55 and typically around 120lbs. Beyond what I expected. In very happy. I even got a compliment on the pants which was unexpected haha but they do fit really well! Going to be buying more!!!!

I Love that these have a bit of stretch yet the stay up without a belt!

Im 50 tall and it is nearly impossible to find pants that truly fit me AND are still cute! THE MAVEN IS IT, yall! I wear these for gardening, milling lumber, and building my house theyre super comfortable and functional. I also appreciate they allow for my feminine shape to show while remaining comfy and rugged. The size 0 with 28 inseam fits me perfectly for a loose-ish fit, though I have 000 in another Dovetail style and those fit me well too for a more fitted look/feel, so it depends on how fitted you prefer. Thanks Dovetail for all of us women that are below 54 no need to roll these up or hem them!

These pants are awesome. I want to say that i love everything this company represents, but i found myself wondering if these pants would meet the hype of the other reviews. They totally did. I love putting them on - its just so so nice to have a pair of pants that fit. Skinny jeans are so tight on my petite-but-athletic build, and other workpants leave me swimming with cuffs rolled and waists constantly slipping. I was starting to feel a little hopeless, and now i find myself actually getting dressed when i go about my morning routine rather than trying to extend pajama time. Im 5 4, 125 lbs, runners quads -size 4x30 fit perfect. I just spent all day moving trees in these, and i bought them for boat work in Alaska. stoked to live in them all summer.

Absolutely love them! I swapped them out for a 10 instead of an 8, only because i do what I always do and order the next size down. Size charts have always been a bit off for me but this one is spot on. Follow the size chart!

I love these! I have two pairs of the Ready Set Cargo pants in size 2, but had to size up to 4 for these. Exchange was easy and now they are my new favorite. I love the knife and pen pockets and theyre still slim on the legs to keep me from missing my skinny jeans too much while Im at work.

I love the long length (34), slim leg and comfortable design. Colors are great too. I purchased the brown and green pair. I purchased a 6 in the brown and a 4 in the green. They both fit well enough to keep. If I ordered again, Id order a 4 because they stretch a little after wearing them for a while. But after a wash, the brown pair fit nicely with a belt. They are a little slouchy after wearwhich still looks and feels fine. Overall, I am impressed with the comfortable waist, pockets, and design around the knees. The pants never get in the way of comfortable movement.

Great pants to work in. A little snug in the calves... can't wear high socks. But they do the job... and look super cute.

Great pants! I love all the pockets how they fit. I did need to go up one size in these maven pants as they have less stretch and are cut straight.
