The shoe is very pretty but poorly designed. I would describe my feet as very normal. I have a normal to high instep but have never had any particular problems and many shoes work for me. The problem with these shoes is that, while the length was perfect, the two straps were much too loose. And since they are completely non-adjustable there is no way to keep the shoe on your foot. The strap closest to the ankle sits at least a half an inch from the top and sides of my foot. Impossible to walk.
Because the length was perfect I knew ordering a size down wouldn’t fix the problem. So unless you have a particularly wide or thick foot these shoes will not work. Such a shame because they’re really pretty! Sending them back.

I have a slightly wider foot and a very high arch. These fit me perfectly, but I can see the straps not working for those with lower arches. They are cute and very comfortable!

Thought these would be my “go to” summer sandals, but sad to find them super uncomfortable. The sole is as hard as a rock and the strap dug into my pinkie toe. I have a rather narrow foot and have been wearing SW for years, so surprised how bad they felt/fit.

I was looking for an everyday stylish, yet comfortable low heeled wedge for the summer. This shoe met all my needs. It is true to size and the straps fits perfectly - not too tight or too loose around my ankles. They are really comfortable for an everyday sophisticated polished look at the office or for the weekends with a summer dress. Great shoes that allow you to dress up or dress down in.

I love these shoes! They are the perfect height (not too high, very comfortable) and are just so pretty and easy to wear. I wear a 9.5 or 10 in SW, a 10 in these fit perfectly. I found that the patent leather/cork version fit a bit tighter on the toe strap, so I got those in a 10.5 and they still fit great. They will look great with all of my sundresses!

I bought a pair in tan and in black to give lots of great parings. Low heel and no fear of either walking out of my shoes or tripping. You can only be elegant in shoes that give you support and great fit. I'm a longtime SW fan.

These sandals are so soft and comfy, and so stylish. The heel height is perfect and they will go with everything. I bought them in the Gold and Black. Can not wait for the good weather to arrive so I can wear them.

These sandals are so comfortable (got the smaller heel version), they fit perfectly and the leather is so soft and beautiful. Can't wait to wear them! If I needed any other colour I would have bought them.

It's a gorgeous looking shoe. I'm 9 narrow and bought 8 1/2 narrow as all they had. Top strap a touch loose. It's just so pretty I will wear even though a touch short.

Really nice sandals good quality but the sizing is off I normally wear 7.5 but it’s a bit tight and small on me. I think this shoe is half size smaller

The Playa 74 knot sandal was surprisingly comfortable on my narrow foot. I ordered my usual size of 8N and it fit well and the heel is not too high. It is a nice addition to my summer footwear collection. I took off one star because I think the square toe area is a little too square and would have been nicer if shaped like my really old SW square sandals from 15 plus years ago. I'm just hoping the leather wears well since some of my more recent metallic leather sandals from SW have not worn well - one bump into something and the leather got damaged.
