A little heavy but overall perfect. No need to break in they are perfect. If you have weak ankles and plan on doing a lot of walking not recommended until you build you ankles up. Unfortunately mine aren't able to be built up.

A little heavy, so it's hard on your ankles. But overall I really like them.

I had these Pepe sandals about twenty years ago. I wanted them again but couldn't find them until now. They fit me large 1\2 size so I had to size down from 8B to 7.5 B. They are heavier but I love them so much. I wouldn't walk long distances in them but for a summer fashion sandal they are fine for out and about.

I owned a pair of these from years ago and loved them and wore them out! So glad to see them back. Super comfortable and I love that chunky look. Now, please bring back the "Ginnie" style. Please!

These are cute retro slides!! They give your thighs a bit of a workout as you walk, and they feel a little bit wide for my narrow feet but I think summer heat will keep them on my feet. I owned a pair in ‘98 and love having these again!!

The fit is perfect and true to size. I love these shoes and am so glad this style is back.

I love the sandals but there is no arch support for me and when I walked in them, they were sloppy (they slipped on my feet). I went and bought some Dr. Scholls arch support and they fit perfect now

I contemplated purchasing this shoe for awhile, and was very excited to finally get the package. I was so disappointed. In comparison to my other shoes, this one was about 1 inch longer in length. It felt similar to a clown shoe that was oversized and very heavy. From my calf and below, I was sore after just wearing the shoe for about 10 minutes. I have many Steve Madden shoes, so I'm quite bummed it wasn't right for me. Will be sending them back.

The 90’s called… Donna Martin approves!! These shoes are super fun and perfect for summer. Pair with a sundress, jeans, legging or shorts for the perfect outfit. I wear a size 8.5, ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly. They’re actually more comfortable than I thought and didn’t rub any blisters. My only complaint is they are heavy (like throw them across the room to kill a spider heavy). After wearing them all day my legs hurt. Other than that, I’m super happy with my purchase!

Super cute shoes. A bit heavy compared to other madden girl shoes. Leather stretched and the slip off after only a few times wearing.

Overall runs very large. Band is very wide, so it slides around a lot. Rough raw leather edges of the band rub with every step, and would quickly cause a blister. I have worked day in and out in heels for years, and these cause me to trip because the band is sloppy and they flop around. So cute and 90’s, but not a good shoe

I really liked the look of this sandal - although it may be a bit too high a platform - so I ordered the recommended size of 8.5 (I’m typically an 8.5-9 and most often, a 9). Well, I couldn’t get my feet through the band on top. It just would not let my feet go in far enough and I felt like my heel was jutting off the back of the sandal. So, I ordered a 9. I could get my feet in, but the 9’s looked enormous compared to the 8.5. Also, with the 9’s, there was too much space between the tips of my toes and the front of the shoe for it to be a good fit. Moral of the story - either don’t get this if your feet are wide like mine or Steve Madden, give us a choice in widths and get consistency among your shoe types as far as sizing. Every style seems wildly different. Case in point - I wear a size 10 in the Slinky30. I’ve never worn a 10 in my life and I’m in my 50’s. Lovely shoes, though.

The fit was loose and had my foot sliding with each step. The shoe was also very heavy, felt like I had ankle weights on. Returned.

I went by the photos rather than the color description and expected a stark white pair of platform sandals—these are beige. I'm planning on returning them. What a giant waste of time.
