I ordered the same size I have been wearing with the other New Balance shoes that I own. This is the first pair of safety shoes I have worn and these have fit perfectly. The size I wear is a 10 1/2 4E. The toe box is wide and had no problems working in these shoes from the very start.

Originally I ordered a par and had a shipping issue, but zappos was on top of it and shipped another pair out right away. I got the 2nd pair on time and they didn't quite fit, but I called zappos again and they still took care of me. A 3rd pair shipped, and this time they fit perfectly. ? thanks so much for the patience ? my feet feel great!

Style and fit are excellent, did not disappoint at all. My experience talking to a Zappos team member was the best. I would recommend them to all.

I have very extreme flat feet so I needed a extra wide shoe, I got the 11.5 and 4eee, they felt real good and comfortable. still in a break in mood so in time they will feel real good. All my shoes are New Balance so I can order a size and width without any problems. I tried other shoes when they were out of stock and sent all back.

Comfy, breathable and protective. I have skinny sensitive heals and have to stand for 8 hours every shift so I added some heal support inside but I do like these shoes a lot!

Feels different from the New Balance shoes I buy from the store. the toe area is safe and secure.

Incredible when I realized I needed 13 wide! Great shoe. Feels wonderful. Nice roomy toe dbox.

The size is perfect, in comparison to my other New Balance shoes. These are my first pair of Work/Safety shoes, so there a little clunky looking, but work well for foot protection.

This is an excellent shoe! I average walking 12 miles a shift and so far these shoes are very comfortable. I have worn safety shoes many times throughout my career and these are by far these feel the most like normal shoes. No break in period needed! Toebox provides plenty of room.

They look good and they provide good footing for me at work. However they feel a little tight at the toes.

They felt comfortable right out of the box, which is far from a given when dealing with extra-wide widths. The grip on the soles is average, which is the only thing I'd change. Overall, this is a great pair of shoes.

Never wore steel toe shoes. Right foot feels great. Left foot pinky toe hurts. Wear bandaid every day-seems to help. Overall very comfortable.
