A cute, functional rain boot. I like the adjustable calves for my wide calves. The foot is not as wide as some styles, but I sized up to an 11 from my Zappos recommended 10. Also tried the Sweet Pea but it was not padded at all, though really cute. The Crandall Mod was too tight on my calf when zipped, but had the most comfortable sole. I always add my own in soles for arch support.

Very standard rain boot. Many reviews said this book is wide and runs large but I would say the toe is more on the narrow side and the shoe does not run large, it’s very true to size. I am typically a size 9 women’s. I ordered a size 9 and there is little room for thick socks and fits best with a thin sock. Water proof. Little arch support, little insulation. Buy a size up to wear with warm socks in winter or just use as typical rain boot.

Happy with the style - matte, low heel, adjustable calf (I have an athletic calf and am 5'5", 135lb). I have a fairly wide foot and normally wear a size 39 or 8.5. My running shoes are a 9. I purchased these boots in a size 9, as they don't come in half sizes and my feet are absolutely swimming in them! They are loose around the foot and about 3/4"+ too long. I'm exchanging them for a size 8, so I don't end up tripping over the extra length. I anticipate adding an orthotic or supportive insole. Oh, also, the sole looks like it will be non-slip, which is obviously important for a RAIN book! (My Ug* rainboots slipped on a wet sidewalk grate, and I almost fell on my butt; I couldn't give them away quick enough after that!).

perfect in size. fits my needs as a rainboot so i can slog in the puddles and work in my garden or muddy areas i use my custom made orthotics to make up for arch support.

These boots fit!!! That means they run narrow, and those of you with narrow feet need to try these boots. I ordered many, many pairs of rubber rain boots to try on, because I have narrow feet, and you just don't know how a shoe will fit until you try it on. I had tried on 10 other pairs of rain boots, all of them too wide and requiring thick socks. This was the last pair I tried on and they FIT!!! I am thrilled. They look nice, because they have a nice clean shape, although I do not like the color choices. I bought the green boots, because I don't want black. I would like to be able to buy bright red or yellow.
