The boots are warm but are really stiff. They are hard to move around in.

Like the look of these but unfortunately I wear a size 11 and my toes are right to the end...these will need sizing up and they are not offered in 11.5 so they are headed back. Definitely bummed!

Order a size up if you want to wear thick socks. They aren't that comfy. I'm still breaking them in. If you have wide feel it maybe uncomfortable for you to wear so definitely order a size up. The boots are super cute but didn't meet my comfort expectations.

The boots looked really nice, but I went half a size up based on other reviews, but they were still too small. The soles also didn't bend at all when I tried walking in them. Maybe they would break in over time, but I can't speak to that. In the end I returned them. I can say that the return process was really easy.

Not wide enough for my foot

I found these to be very narrow and stiff. Not easy to walk around in.

They felt dry rotted, squeaked when I walk, bought a 1/2 size big and that was way too tight for my toes and the left heel was crunchy. I really wanted these, might try a whole size too big.

Did not fit well. Very uncomfortable. Returned them.

Runs super small

I am stunned by the cheesy materials and design of your Shellista boots. I ordered two pairs one a half size and one full size larger than my regular size. Both were too small. Previous I owned a pair of North Face boots that were a half size larger and fit perfectly. Really disappointed in the "quality" of your boots. Will never make the mistake of doing it again

I wasn't impressed with these boots. They run very small. I ordered a size bigger than my normal size and they were still too small. The tongue of the boots was very stiff and felt very uncomfortable. I have had several pairs of North Face boots and loved them but these boots were terrible. Don't waste your time, I sent mine back!

I really wanted to like these boots but they have let me down. I've had them less than a month and within a few weeks of light wear I've noticed moisture seeping in around the toes. I think it is from the seam where the upper and lower sections meet. There is no obvious hole but the upper material pulls away and I think moisture I getting in there. We haven't had any real snow yet I've just been wearing them on rainy days but I end up with wet feet. I would send them in for repair because they are well under warranty but I have a feeling they will say there is nothing to fix. Very disappointing to have wet feet from new, expensive boots. I wish I could get my money back.
