I have 3 pairs of Hilo. My all time favorite shoe for a shoeaholic. That says it all!

Ordered them for spring, love the bright colors! Comfotable shoe, more support than Hey Dudes.

I returned the Hilo shoes for a larger size. I have been waiting for some indication of when I'll received my new order.

While I love all the Ariat shoes Ive purchased in the past, this is the first pair I didnt even have to break in to make comfortable. They are a bit on the light side so I wouldnt recommend them in really cold or wet weather.

These shoes are super comfortable right out of the box. Ariat makes a high quality shoe with an affordable price. I will be a customer for life.

I ordered these shoes 1/5/2025 plus another pair which got canceled. I still haven't received the pair that didn't get canceled. It's been sitting at FedEx for a week. And today is 1/17/25. I have never had a problem receiving my orders from ariat til now. Very disappointed.

DON'T ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE!!!! I received boots and NOT THE SHOES I ORDERED!!!!!! I have been on hold with their customer service for 3 HOURS and have yet to reach a customer service representative!!!!! Their "live chat" button does not work!!!!!! I have NEVER BEEN SOOOOOO FRUSTRATED WITH AN ONLINE ORDER!!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY OR TIME BECAUSE THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Awesome shoes, just have issues with one heal bothering me but over all amazing!! Then again Ariat shoes are all amazing have like 6 pairs!! Super comfy

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and I love the different prints and I also love the plain ones cause I can wear them to work.

I absolutely love these shoes. The arch support is wonderful. Very nice to walk in . Just wish they were offered in wide with. A little snug on the width.

These are my go to shoes for anytime I need to slip something on before heading out the door. The color goes with every outfit I wear! Its a nice break from wearing boots and they keep me as comfortable on my feet all day as my boots do!

Looks great, I ordered my size and should have ordered a size up. But that was my fault! I absolutely love them and plan on reordering!

Hoping they would be more comfortable than HeyDudes, but werent. Rubbed my heels & hurt, very stiff. Disappointed because they are cute!

The shoes are very lightweight and are comfortable. Almost everyone said they run true to size but I had to size up. I typically wear a 7.5 in Ariat shoes but I couldnt even begin to get my foot in the 7.5 and an 8.5 fit.

So cute, gal loved them, much better in real life than pics.

I'm a true women's sz 11 and have narrow feet. I struggled hard to get these boys on. This has not been a problem with other versions of the Hilo, as I have owned 6 pairs. I figured that it was just an anomaly and that this pair was just made poorly. However...after fighting for what felt like a lifetime I was able to get my foot past the back of the shoe and inside. Once I had my foot inside the shoe it fit fine. I think that there needs to be a little more give designed into the back of the shoe because it is wayyyyy too stiff and tight. They also felt fairly narrow. Unfortunately I am not going to return them, because Ariat tops out at sz 11. I'm hoping that they will stretch after some wear. Maybe it is the full paint pattern that makes the canvas so restricted.

Very comfortable shoes, I can walk all day in them.

I got these for my daughter for her 16th birthday and she LOVES them!

Waited for months for these to go on sale but, alas, will be returning them. I ordered my usual shoe size but these were too small by at least one full size. The dealbreaker, though, is that the toe box is too narrow for me both in width and depth. Such cute shoes and great color. Sad they won't work for me.
