I liked the jacket and would have kept it, but I have other Columbia items and am a fan of the brand, but I'm starting to feel like a walking advertisement. Many of the clothes would look more elegant without the logos. It's especially a "feature" on darker colors. Why right on the front? Eddie Bauer places their logos more discretely, so I've gone with their brand instead for some new purchases.

I love this sweatshirt so much! It's advertised as a fleece but it doesn't feel water repellent and fleecy to me (I don't love polar fleece as it's not absorbent so I'm glad). I bought it on a whim and it's been the only sweatshirt I wear while hiking on several trips. It's also my favorite sweatshirt for airplanes because the pockets zip. The thumb slots took me some getting used to but I now love them. The inside of the sweatshirt is so soft as are the insides of the zippable pockets. I love that this is full zip and I can easily unzip or tie around my waist when I'm hot and throw it back on when I'm cold. It's not too bulky and really is my go to sweatshirt for activities like hiking. 10/10. I'm only sad that I didn't get this in more colors. I want to have a bunch of these!! Oh I think despite some other reviews saying it runs true to size or large, I think it runs slightly small. I wear a medium top with no issues but had to get a large in this sweatshirt, and it's snug but not uncomfortably so. Definitely size up if you have a chest.

This is a very comfortable, light-weight, versatile jacket. It's the perfect weight to wear over a base layer or as a sweater type garment on milder days or as an insulating mid-layer on cold days. The cut is slim and figure flattering. It's cozy and fitted, but doesn't restrict movement. The Columbia logo is understated and not obnoxious, so you aren't limited to wearing it in outdoor pursuits. The jacket is also appropriate for the office or other casual wear. The bottom line is that it's lightweight, breathable, easy to slip on or off, looks great to wear around town, and will also be the only insulating layer you will need for any type of weather you encounter if you have the proper shell to go over it. Features that I love are the thumb loops which are easily hidden if not in use, the cozy pockets, the fitted, warm neck when fully zipped, and the large inner pockets. The quality seems to be very good, but I've not had it long enough to comment on durability, pilling, etc. It fits as expected. I'm 5'3", 125 lbs, 32DD, 28" waist, 37" hips. The small fit, but was too fitted for my preference, especially under the arms. I sized up to the medium and it's perfect.

Cute and comfy! I like the pockets and the slight shaping of the jacket. I am 5'2" and 130 lbs and I got a size medium. I like a looser fit and it was perfect!

This is a nice addition to my activity/casual wardrobe. It feels like good quality materials. It is thinner than one might expect if you've not had this kind of grid fleece before but is thicker than another one I own. The win for grid fleece is that the grid design allows for both warmth and breathability, in a light weight package, when active. This jacket does that well. It also offers some wind protection. My test wear was a 40 degree 3.5 mile brisk walk with 10pm winds. I wore just a basic short sleeve tee under and had to unzip a few times to release the heat. Exactly what I was looking for for. Regarding fit, it runs small and does not have much of a feminine cut. I'm hourglass (5'2 136 36B) and it's a bit loose in the waist and tighter than I would like around the hips. I'm keeping it for the performance factor but the fit will limit use.

I absolutely love this jacket and have it in almost every color that it has been offered in. Please keep making these; they are soft on the inside, but the fabric on the outside for me is better than fleece as it doesn't pill up and holds up very well wash after wash. Honestly I am jealous of the colors that are currently in the outlet store for men, and hope that those colors will be available in women's sizes at some point. My only complaint is the color explanation online. It stated "black heather" and the picture also makes the jacket appear to be black. I was so excited to order one in black, however it is not black at all but clearly dark gray which I already own. When I returned it I was told that Columbia sometimes describes items as black when they are gray? Please be more descriptive with the colors so that we don't get our hopes up.

Wonderful Jacket. I sometimes wear a medium and sometimes a size large in Columbia jackets (5' 8" 150 lbs). I bought this jacket in a size large and it was slightly roomy; this should work well for layering. I can hardly wait for warmer weather so I can wear it more.

I was looking for something warmer for my runs and walks in the winter (I live in Maine). This is a nice layering piece and I like that the pockets have zippers! It's warm and comfortable, possibly a teeny bit small in the armpits (but this happens to all my Columbia tops) but other than that, it's TTS (I used the size chart and got a M)

This is a great light weight jacket and is very warm for its weight. It is perfect as a sweater-like layer in the winter and as a spring jacket for a cool summer evening. This jacket is also perfect for a windy day at the beach or for a ride on a boat.

This is a great lightweight layering piece that will work great over a short-sleeved t-shirt around the house when I'm slightly chilled, paired with a wind-proof layer on chilly days, or as one of several interchangeable layers for hikes that vary in temperature. The thin fleece inner layer is very soft and comfy, but does not create bulk, making this fit underneath my soft-shell coat perfectly. When it arrived, I tried it on right away and it was so comfy I wore it for the rest of the day! This is not a true outerwear jacket for a windy day, but works perfectly for my needs as a zip-up, lightweight layer for travel and around the house.

Love the weight - not too heavy, not too light. Order a size larger if you want to layer over another med-heavy shirt

I'm looking to get another color because I love this cozy cozy cozy fleece so muchit is a super fine grade of fleece and is so comfortable I sleep in it and feel like a little baby corny but true! Love the zipper pockets and love the way the neck is designed so the zipper never touches your skin. IMO it runs a little large, but I'm ok with that. I'm 165 pounds and got a size large. It's nice and long which makes it perfect for traveling.

BEST JACKET! It's the most comfortable light but soft warm jacket I have ever purchased! I seriously am considering buying more in whatever colors they come in. Also, I have two golden retrievers with lots of fur (obviously) and sticks to everything. However, THIS jacket's material seems to repel all the fur and remains clean! I even had a few besties try it and they've ordered one! BEST Purchase!

I really love this jacket. It's a perfect weight, not too heavy and not too light. I plan on using it on my walks in the spring and fall. It has a very light lining which is soft and comfortable. I got the medium and it fits perfectly. I'm 5'6 and 123 lbs.
